Commentaires : Utilizing ezyVet along with Smartflow has really helped to capture fees and ensure we are not losing income due to medical record keeping errors.
Avantages :
Being able to customize the software and use it to my needs was very important to us.
Inconvénients :
The set-up process takes a lot of time but is worth the effort. If you put in the time and energy your go-live day will be much smoother.

Commentaires : Amazing. This company rocks and I hope they continue with there current model. This has the potential of being the bench mark software to compare all others.
Avantages :
The customizability of the software in every aspect is amazing. You can get as creative or basic as you would like. I also like the autofill functions and snippets.
Inconvénients :
I would like to see a better online portal, possibly through an app. People LOVE apps and the ability to access their records, medications, appointments, etc. for their pets (possibly even with notifications/reminders)

A Waste of Money in More Ways Than One! NOT User Friendly! Support Is Not there!!
Commentaires : Nightmare!! Implentars struggle with their own software, which left us hanging on many occasions while they tried to figure something out. I tried to have an automatic report delivered and ended up with over 8000 emails of the same report <--- That is not an exaggeration. EzyVet support had to disable the report totally because they too, couldn't stop their own software from reporting it. Then they had no answer as to why, or what happened. Once the 3 days of "Off-Site" implementation were done, (implementation was done via Zoom) we really were left to our own accord. Inventory has been the most enormous mess. The "Help" tab is useless! It's a word salad game! EzyVet has a communication breakdown with our in-house lab equipment. Something that we knew would have a learning curve and may drop us back on production for 30 days, has truly exceeded those thoughts and has hurt our bottom line.

Not sure at this time what the pros are.
Inconvénients :
It's not user-friendly- Inventory is a bloody nightmare- too many steps that need to be taken for some uses, leaving many ways for errors to occur or charges to be missed.

Commentaires : Overall, ezyVet was a great decision for the practice. It makes sense both medically and financially for the practice. It has increased accuracy and efficiency on both the medical and financial side of things. We are very happy we decided to switch to ezyVet for our PIMS.
Avantages :
Overall, ezyVet is a well named software program. It is user friendly and has made our team much more efficient. Medical records are more throrough, we don't miss charges, and communication between departments is better. The templates make a world of difference. Using templates allows us to ensure our team is consistent with the information they are getting and giving. They have also expedited the process by creating habits. We have been able to increase our capacity to see animals both in appointments and surgeries as a results of increased efficiency.
Inconvénients :
As stated previously, the scheduling can be a little difficult as you can accidentally schedule the same slot as someone else and you can't easily schedule from the patient's page. Vet Radar was a difficult transition from paper treatment sheets. It regularly improves, but still leaves some things to be desired.

Commentaires : The ways in which this software is customizable is endless. I truly believe there isn't anything you can't do with this software. Updates every 2 weeks, and support actually listens to your requests so you aren't waiting for years for something that may never come.
Avantages :
ezyVet is hands down the best change we've ever made as a clinic. We are able to be more efficient while being more in depth with our records. We never miss any diagnostics or finishing any charts. No charges are missed. Memos that stay out of the medical records, but reference back to them, are amazing for communication. Completely customizable to your every need. Having it be in the cloud instead of server based is so much better for our clinic. I would never go back to a server based product, even if you paid me. I seriously love this software so much that I offer to walk other clinics through it with screensharing so they can see how a "real" clinic uses it - and I do this on my own time, for free! ;)
Inconvénients :
You need to give yourself the proper time for onboarding and implementation. We had a very smooth onboarding experience, but it is because we had 2-4 people working on it an average of 20 hours per week for 12 weeks leading up to launch. You get what you put in to it!
