Great product and best customer service EVER
Commentaires : Because we only issue donation receipts annually, it can be difficult to remember how to use a donation software program. Because Donarius is so easy to use and intuitive, we don't waste time trying to relearn the program every year. And if we do run into issues, they provide excellent customer support - above and beyond. Would highly recommend it to any non-profit.
Avantages :
It's intuitive and really easy to use. And the customer support is stellar. No one gives this kind of patient, customer-focused support and that's why I recommend it to everyone I know.
Inconvénients :
I honestly have no complaints and i have been using this for multiple NPOs for years.
Relied on this for years for Church finances
Commentaires : Great software for smaller congregations looking for a cost effective solution to their donation management.
Avantages :
I found this software intuitive enough that our volunteer book keeper was able to use it on a regular basis without issue. Produced Tax receipts and tracked miscellaneous donations as well as regular ones. Our accountant was pleased that he only had to review at the end of the year - it took the burden off him on a weekly basis. The tax receipts was huge - saved us from manually creating all of them.
Inconvénients :
The software itself had an older look and feel and I felt it could have been updated more frequently.
Donarius for Art Gallery of Northumberland
Commentaires : The Art Gallery of Northumberland purchased Donarius to provide better and prompter service to the Gallery's donors and members. The product is easy to install. It was straightforward to customize the product to use the Gallery's name and logo on printed materials. Reporting on the overall membership was at times problematic, in part because the person doing the reporting was not that familiar with the reporting capability. The one time we had a problem with the software - it seemed to be reverting to a previous logo on occasion - we got very quick and helpful support that had the problem corrected in minutes. The interface is outdated - it is not point-and-click graphics, but instead looks line an old-fashioned "line command" interface. All things considered, it provides good value for the money.

Inconvénients :
Interface is old-fashioned. Does not provide integration with other client-management software.
Donation Managment that WORKS
Commentaires : If you want to keep a record of donations and have a host of reporting options at your fingertips, Donarius is the program you are looking for!
Avantages :
This is so simple to use that even the least tech savvy members of our congregation were up and running in no time! Once you try this you'll never use Quicken again to track donations. This especially shines in generating receipts!
Inconvénients :
Inactive donors have given some members issues, but the great customer support cleared them up!
Easy to use
Commentaires : We are a church and we record weekly donations and provide annual tax statements. Donarius has been more than sufficient for this purpose.
Avantages :
It is very easy to use once you learn the keystroke commands and function controls.
Inconvénients :
I have no complaints. It has served us very well.
