On nous avait également dit que nous n'aurions pas à créer d'écritures de journal grâce à l'intégration parfaite avec QuickBooks, mais ce n'était pas le cas. Pour l'usage que nous en attendions, l'import/export était très compliqué et comportait de nombreux bugs. Les rapports sont difficiles à extraire. Data Miner Platinum n'est pas convivial et ne devrait pas être aussi déroutant. L'envoi de rapports par e-mail est fastidieux. Il est impossible de personnaliser les lettres et les e-mails avec son logo. Le support était également très insuffisant. Chaque fois que nous avions besoin d'aide, on nous renvoyait vers une vidéo tout aussi déroutante. Les formulaires réactifs étaient très complexes à créer et prenaient beaucoup trop de temps, notamment sur le plan administratif. > > Globalement, cette plateforme nous a été utile lorsque nous en avions besoin. Easy to learn, and they have excellent training videos, which is where I am able to get the majority of my questions answered. When I can't find the answer on their Help/Training site, I will send an email off to the support team, and typically get a response with an answer within 30 minutes. A previous CRM product could take 2-3 weeks for an answer. There reporting options are also very easy to use. So much easier than those other guys. If you are proficient with Microsoft Office products you should have no issues. > > **Inconvénients**: The weakest link I would say is with the ability to send emails that are heavy on graphics.
