Commentaires : For user prefer simple and tracking activity, deals not focus on the User Interface then this is hybird CRM could meet your requirements as storage, forecast and track record. With not high demand of CRM then you could meet the free and easy to use CRM that could versus with Hubspot or Bitrix
Avantages :
Two column layout page with Navigation Board help user easily to add task, tracking last activity. Set up Goal in Value and Created with unlimited number of goal. Customization with your all demand they not limited number of Textbox, Textline, Dropdown list…just make sure you in logic created format with two column layout.
Inconvénients :
Deal card is worst path with narrow horizontal and auto wrap text make it damage to your eyes so table view list is the table deal list is your only one choice. Goal is not counted and logic with deal, some of algorithms is wrong so make the result not right.
support is non existent
Commentaires : The overall experience has been poor since the support is non-existent. There is no easy way to integrate this with Outlook email so tracking becomes very difficult for all types of communications with clients.

The software was easy to use and simple to implement.

Prices were doubled without any notice. They claim to have sent an email, but it was just a link on their site showing the new pricing. Support is non-existent. They do not answer the phone or email except when you try to cancel the billing or dispute a charge. The software often does not operate due to various hosting or other technical issues they have.

The interface is very easy to pick what one needs. Navigation is very good too. This can make the system easy for a new employee to learn and very speedy to use with live customer interface.

On implementing CRM, the company can adapt it to their own use but it is hard to clear unwanted aspects of the program.
