Commentaires : Our overall experience with Grasp Technologies over the past 10 years is that Grasp is constantly improving, and coming out with products that are needed. Their implementation and support are among one of the best. Our business models align and we have the same visions.
Avantages :
What our team loves about Grasp Reporting is the ease of use and the ability to customize our reports. We also love the team, support, and partnership at Grasp, they truly care about solutions and results.
Inconvénients :
The only con is their reports aren't "pretty" as some other reports/tools.

Longtime user and builder of reports
Commentaires : I have used this product for over 10 years and have learned and grown in my career using data. The helpfulness of the staff and the evolution of the product has been monumental. Using this product to deliver reports to clients and being able to create exactly what they need using the builder tool has made us as a Travel Management Company look like superstars.
Avantages :
The site is quick and there is always new upgrades and reports being released. I am a heavy user of the product and seeing that there is always innovation and updates being done shows that there is no stopping where this product can grow to. The support team is amazingly helpful and responsive. I have asked for custom reports to be built or designed and the turn around time and confirmation that all of the portions of the report have been done as requested is 100% accurate.
Inconvénients :
Would like to have more flexibility on adding custom fields into existing reports and being able to use the existing reports with the formats they are in and make small adjustments. Would like to see more dashboard options and ability to be interactive with the dashboard. The ability to show a projected growth or decline in spend based on previous data.

TRAMS is easier for me to uses than GRASP
Commentaires : It's been a very long time that we've used Grasp( primarily for client reporting)...I am not client facing so I use TRAMS for my everyday reporting. I would like Prepare to come up with Prepare rules that mimic TRAMS ability to "global modify"
Avantages :
Prepare makes it easy to clean up data ..I did have a difficult time a really hard time getting the programmer to understand what I wanted in a "custom" rule.
Inconvénients :
I think formulating a query is not intuitive...it's easy to have a misstep.

Commentaires : Grasp has made such a difference in our business, processes that were once complex are now much more streamlined and simpler. The efficiencies we have gained by using Grasp have allowed our company to grow without necessarily needing to add more head count to our MIS Department.
Avantages :
GraspDATA is not only easy to implement but also easy to use and the support we receive from the Grasp help desk is absolutely superior! The ability to have more data sorts than the competing products has allowed us to better meet the reporting needs of our clients and the ability to send broadcast reports as PDF's has been extremely helpful.
Inconvénients :
We are very pleased with every aspect of our Grasp implementation and ongoing usage.

Campbell Travel Review
Commentaires : Overall Grasp is great to provide what we need, but the most important part I've encountered that I'd like to highlight is the Customer Service. We've always received EXCEPTIONAL customer service! The representatives we've worked with ([SENSITIVE CONTENT]) have always gone above & beyond to make sure we get what we need, or work out any issue we're having, or really just to fulfill any request we throw at them! They work tirelessly to resolve our issue, or provide assistance & are always extremely professional, polite & friendly; not to mention the amount of knowledge they have that they can share with us, it's great! They've provided so much support that's helped us tremendously along the way, I don't know where we'd be without them!
Avantages :
I like that you're able to build & customize your own reports if what's in the standard/existing reports isn't available & that for the most part the software is fairly easy to use, once you know what you need to look for & how to use it.
Inconvénients :
Finding reports you need can be a very tedious, time consuming process. Also, there have been several instances where data is not correct; which I know the data comes from Trams, but there have been several times where there have been discrepancies b/c of the way things are synched or loaded & we've had to make adjustments in order to get the data to match up. It can be very frustrating.
