They have a good amount of connectors, and pretty easy to configure.

STAY AWAY, my biggest regret ever was using eBrdige
Commentaires : horrible. this is a clown company that I would definitely stay away from. They do not have the technical expertise to properly implement a solution that works. Implementation was a complete disaster and took way too long and they tried to bill me for their inexperience. When you reach out to ask about failures they just say the system is working as designed, go manually fix stuff.
Avantages :
Nothing. There is nothing of value that this company provides that I do not wish I got from another source
Inconvénients :
- integration took 2x as long as promised - invoicing on a Fixed Bid implementation went completely out of control and it took way too many phone calls and conference calls to and get my money back - the software ALWAYS fails and the customer service is the biggest joke of all
Absolutely useless company
Avantages :
It linked when finally setup, but was not flawless. We had constant error alerts and had to login daily to try and get things flowing again.
Inconvénients :
The software was archaic - the dashboard looks like something from Windows 95, it was not user-friendly (labels were confusing, pages didn’t load) and most of the time things were not sync’ing correctly as they didn’t add comprehensive translations. The software on one integration was OK… buggy, but Ok. On the second implementation it took Over a year and they never ended up finishing. We had to test it for them… they never figured out what was wrong with it, we just terminated them. Their support is non existent. No one (!) answers emails - not support, not the head of support, not the accounting team. A complete joke. The whole process cost much more than quoted because THEY couldn’t figure it out, and we still got billed. Our project manager was bizarre and talked over us on the first call, an immediately dislikable character. Overall, horrible company and would not use again. Many better options in the market.

Avantages :
If it would work as advertized it would be great.
Inconvénients :
Customer support is non-existent. The software fequently fails to import orders correctly. It's unable to manage basic functions. Terrible value for money.
UNREPUTABLE: unsuccessful implementation and poor project management
Commentaires : Contract was managed by a project manager, implementation consultant, and accounting team work together to pass the blame. There is little accountability for timely delivery or follow up with customer. Over the course of 8-months, development finish dates were extended multiple times. Customer advocacy is non existent and they will collect payment but not deliver a functional product.
Avantages :
Implementation was never completed. Sales representative pitch a product that they may be seriously be deficient in understanding and scam potential clients by telling them the specific connector has implemented before.
Inconvénients :
Like other reviewers here, implementation was never completed. We were originally quoted out a 4-8 week development period. After 8-months, it became clear that eBridge would be unable to connect D365 BC with WooCommerce.

With this integration we created more problems than we had before.
No answer from anyone at eBridge, old plateform to see the transaction, no respect of promise date.

Avantages :
I wish I could say something positive about this sofware but there's nothing positive.
Inconvénients :
Don't support accent from one plateform to another. No reply on our email and not answering the phone, absolutly no support. Promise an integration in three weeks but nothing is setup after 4 months.
poorly communicated and executed integration capabilities
Commentaires : Basic benefit only of automation; still trying to get fully live after 8+ months.
Avantages :
The software integrates order data from multiple platforms/sources/channels and can manage return transactions.
Inconvénients :
The time to implement has been lengthy and costly; does not seem to adapt well to the standard features of our commercial ERP system.

Very unresponsive
Commentaires : We hired EBridge to create an integration between Big Commerce and Sage 50. Our first interactions with them were positive, but as the project progressed, went significantly over budget and dragged on well past the due date, they became extremely non-communicative and increasingly difficult to work with.

It creates a needed integration
Inconvénients :
Company was very difficult to deal with. They were terrible at returning calls and didn't respect deadlines.

Not Reputable - cant finish - bills you months after project is complete
Commentaires : Do not give them a credit card to keep on file. They run it for random amounts without providing invoices. You talk to them and correspond with with emails, and have one figure, then they run a different 2 or 3 times the agreed amount. Then wont return phone calls or emails. They have 2 or 3 people handling your account. Pay them by check as you go. You have to dispute with your credit card. They ar enot reputalble and dont finish the project.
Avantages :
Nothing - it was nver completed. It was too complex for them.
Inconvénients :
Can't get to the finish line. After months of work, pulled the plug. Can only manage straight line connection. Can't supply ant meaningful reporting to diagnose errors. Not useable for a business that has thousands of transactions weekly.
A robust, if inflexible EDI solution for Microsoft Dynamics
Commentaires : EDI is a pain to work in generally, and eBridge took on all the heavy lifting. If the product interface was more flexible and able to mesh with a highly configurable app like Dynamics, I would definitely recommend this product. Maybe in the near future.
Avantages :
The EDI integration is outside of Dynamics and communicates with native web services from the ERP. The EDI is handled completely by eBridge and appears in Dynamics fully formed as the appropriate documents and transactions. The team working on implementing were helpful and easy to get along with.
Inconvénients :
While a very complete EDI solution, it is completely inflexible and requires only out of the box (of a specific previous version - not the newest) Dynamics web service interface which can be problematic for even a minimally customized app. Hopefully this will be resolved in later releases.
