Commentaires : They are forward thinking and collaborative - and listen to our needs. Customer service has, in the past, been a bit spotty - partially due to their rapid growth. For the past 8-12 months, customer service has been excellent.
After extensive research of all of the software platforms in the vacation rental industry, we selected StreamlineVRS as it gave us the most flexibility to publish our websites the way we wanted, and for the integration with all of the OTAs and channel distributors. We have 15 active installations, representing more than 8,000 properties across North America - and you can tell that the Streamline system was developed by people who truly know the vacation rental business.
Due to the complexity of our onboarding (8,000 properties and 100,000+ photographs), the onboarding process didn't go smoothly and was delayed - but once we were up and running, things work very well.

Sensational Streamline Software!
Commentaires : Streamline simplifies our process so we can run with a lean team. We save money on salary, can run the business from your phone if necessary and barely leaves a dent in our tech stack. It is great that it not only offers basic features but also integrates with companies that specialize and offer more bells and whistles. Streamline really does make it possible to have your cake and eat it too!
We shopped around as this was our second system and we determined you really do get what you pay for. Having everything you need in one package for a reasonable price was the thing we liked most. Secondly, having the Knowledge Base available for us to answer our own questions.
Streamline is so robust and really does more than we need, and gives us room to grow. We have previous experience with the software and took about 6 weeks to set-up.
Do not waste your time or money
Commentaires : Overall, I would not recommend this to anyone who has less than 50 employees. You will need an entire team to workout all of the bugs, submit tickets, test that the "fixes" they give actually work, and to complete their arduous University that doesn't remotely get you ready for launching.
I enjoyed the idea of the software, what you read online and how it's pitched to you. However, that is not how the software actually functions. If it actually did everything it's pitched as doing, it would be an invaluable software. However, that is not the case. I wish I actually had "Pros" to list but I honestly can't think of any. I wish I had seen more reviews like this before starting this path. I have no idea how it has so many five star reviews.
After their "three month" training university took us almost a year to finally complete, you'd think that launching the software, or "going live," as they put it would be seamless. Well, that is not the case. We are a full month into "being live" with the software and it's been nonstop issues. Issues that were not gone over during training. Issues that have answers but they don't tell you ahead of time. You have to experience them in real time, submit a ticket, wait on an answer (which is usually just someone sending a link to paragraph that you've already read), respond asking for more details because that information didn't work, being told to wait while they contact the team to find out a solution, then days later you finally get an answer that sometimes fixes the issue.The trouble is, these aren't one-off issues. These are features they claim their software can do. Things like generate quotes from your website, integrate with booking platforms so you can respond through Streamline instead of having to log into each platform to respond, automatically send out different forms for guests, the list just goes on. We thought the steep price for this software would be worth it because it would be like another employee, making our lives easier and more streamlined, if you will. That has not been the case. We now feel we are pot committed though, as we've been paying for this software for almost a year. We are seriously considering pulling the plug and starting over.

Commentaires : Overall, I'm most happy with how robust the features are and the culture of the team. With endless possibilities and a culture that cares, responds to feedback, and prioritizes relationships, it's truly the leader in this space.
The top two features that separate Streamline in my opinion are "Streamshare" and "Special Blocking". Both of these features set you up for growth that you wouldn't know existed otherwise. Streamshare allows you to build your own OTA presence in other cities BEFORE entering into the city. Special blocking allows you to combine two condos into A, B, and C listing. A being left side, B as right side, and C listing as BOTH into one larger listing that has the ability to "special block" the group and vice versa.
My wish list would only be to have two way full integration with Breezeway. Breezeway works great, but cleanings integrate into Work Orders. Cleaning statuses don't connect. Aside from that, I'm quite happy and very happy with my decision 3 years ago.
Best-in-class Property Management Software
Commentaires : It's been a great experience. I never thought we'd love a PMS and not have to be reliant on tons of outside vendors. There will always be bumps along the road, but their team is there to help navigate.
Streamline is a comprehensive solution that allows a lot of flexibility and is easy to implement, use and adapt to your induvial business needs. Their team is always enhancing the software from the feedback that is provided by their users. It's truly the most all-inclusive PMS we've ever had and has allowed us to reduce the need for several outside vendors. We should have skipped the move to V12 and went straight to SL.
While totally functional some of the apps have limitations. Recent enhancements have allowed us to use both HappyStay and OwnerX.
