Avantages :
Really fast, really customer friendly, love using it!
Inconvénients :
I would love to have notify another user in my team for the changes in my staging environment before sending it to production to minimize wrongful content publishing!
Great option and feature for website
Avantages :
We can have a highly accessible website for almost all our customers, with specific instructions and a straightforward setup wizard. Software like this is essential for developing sites that must adhere to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines. Also, it won't conflict with the rest of our code.
Inconvénients :
It's a fantastic option, definitely one of the finest out there. To more aggressively prevent frivolous lawsuits, you might have to employ a premium option. Making changes to your account via your iPhone or smartphone is a hassle; the menus and presentation could use some graphic rework.
Serves its purpose but difficult to use
Commentaires : Overall crownpeak served its purpose, but was just difficult to use and felt laden with obstacles.
Avantages :
I like that changes to content could be published quickly, after updating a page updates could be seen within a few minutes
Inconvénients :
The soft ware is very dry to look at, which makes it easy to get lost, and inaccessible for new users. The learning curve is a bit steep because of this.
Excellent Support, but Difficult to Learn
Commentaires : We consolidated 3 separate open source CMS platforms into one Crownpeak instance. The site management capabilities make this a simple proposition once the CMS is fully implemented.
Avantages :
The Customer Support team is phenomenal. Our tickets have always been responded to in a timely fashion, and the techs see the issue through to complete resolution. Although there is a steep learning curve, once implemented, it is very easy to maintain a robust site.
Inconvénients :
It's virtually impossible to stand up Crownpeak without a 3rd party partner. We attempted to use their internal professional services team, and although we did eventually get the system up and running, we definitely felt like we were "pushed aside" in favor of larger clients.
Great Product and Customer Service
Avantages :
We use Crownpeak to host one of our line of business websites. Overall, it's easy to use, easy to tailor and great customer service.
Inconvénients :
No real issues. They have a great customer service and we get a response usually in 30mins.
