Swithed and adopting to a new licensing system

Fantastic flexibility is key in how we license our software and features in order to provide a smooth experience for our end users. Zentitle delivered on this and more.Enough tools to provide us with what we need to integrate with our existing business systems.EUP is easy to set up giving our users more control over managing and distributing our licenses.

Inconvénients :

Back end-user experience is improving all the time.

Zentitle Saticefaction

Avantages :

I find this product very easy to use. The ability to turn on and turn off customer access or reissue a license is priceless. Sentinel keys do not have this ability--you have no control over customer use. If you need to add a product to the license it is simply a mouse-click. If there are more than one user, you simply add the number of users to a single license. Previously we had to mail new sentinel keys for each one needed.

Inconvénients :

I don't have anything to report at this time, but believe me, the benefits out way the use of sentinel keys.

Using Nalpeiron for licensing services

Commentaires : It gives us the ability to protect our software from being stolen while managing user access.

Avantages :

Nalpeiron does a great job of providing various licensing options (one-time, subscription, trials, etc.).

Inconvénients :

The backend can be difficult at times to use. Some of the search features are limited. Additionally, it can take a while for analytics on the software to load. The customer support can be limited at times, too.

Zentitle is a very good for licensing products

Commentaires : I have used Zentitle for about 10 years and it definitely the best licensing I have worked with in my support career. I have worked with around 10 different licensing and used many others with the products I purchased. None have been as reliable, easy to use and implement for support and Customers alike. There is always room for improvement, but the critical areas are well done. Support is very responsive and has been very helpful. Overall, a very good experience with this tool.

Avantages :

Easy to implement, use and extremely rare to have downtime for our customers. Reporting on license usage is easy to provide to our customers.

Inconvénients :

Account Based Licensing Layout does require to use or can be hard to find needed functionally

Great product for startups and also for growing businesses.

Commentaires : Overall has been a good experience. I would recommend that if you are looking for a license solution, to try them, we have been very happy with the support from them, and the services provided.

Avantages :

Zentitle overall does a great job in getting a license solution to customers - I am happy that the solution works well.The tool has plenty of features to match business requirements. We have changed our needs over the years, and they have had options available to facilitate/address these needs.The product was quite easy to integrate, which lowers cost and time to get your product up and running/to market.Maintaining an in-house solution would be expensive and time consuming. Zentitle provides a service where you do not need to worry about this and focus on your business.

Inconvénients :

There have been performance issues with the license portal, but have mostly been addressed, and within a decent time frame.They are also updating the portal UI (to help resolve some of these performance issues) which was great news, so it shows they are re-investing in the product. Something I like to see from a partner.
