Commentaires : I have been showing employers how to use the ProfileXT since it was released. Do not confuse the ProfileXT with non-Normative assessments, i.e., Ipsative, such as the Myers-Briggs
Avantages :
Web based and results are emailed immediately to the hiring managers.
Inconvénients :
Takes subjects about 60 miniutes to complete the assessment.

very accurate results, easy to use, plenty of reports for all needs, top performer analysis
Inconvénients :
don´t know anything to improve, maybe time to answer but you will get a whole person analyzed
Not worth the price
Commentaires : It was good for what we needed. The business evolved and asked HR to spend less money while not losing functionality.
Avantages :
The ease of use and the amount of data that we received on the candidate. It was the product that I inherited as the VP of HR. Feedback from the business challenged us to do an RFP.
Inconvénients :
The cost structure was per assessment. There are also concerns with Validity and Reliability on some of their assessments like the SISII, which we told would not go under re-development to be in line with the times, i.e., 2020. It still asked questions like - do you use your work computer for personal items? That is a question that is answered differently in 2020 vs. 1980.

Avantages :
It's easy to schedule assessments. I can easily send in job descriptions to set up an assessment based on the role and requirements. The results are clear to read and understand, and gives a wealth of knowledge and where they fall in the index
Inconvénients :
Most results come in at 87% so I don't know if that's because we always find similar candidates, or if the assessment is off

Commentaires : Wir haben einige Fehlbesetzungen vermieden und damit viel Geld und Ärger gespart. Macht Spaß, damit zu arbeiten. Besonders mag ich den Interviewleitfaden und den Managementbericht.
Avantages :
Was mir besonders gefallen hat: JOB-MATCHING. Daran hackts oft, bei Personalentscheidungen. Mit diesem Tool so einfach zu erstellen, fast wie mit einer alten Kugelrechenmaschine. Und trotzdem sehr präzise und oft mit erstaunlichen Erkenntnissen FIrmeninterner BENCHMARK. Welche Fähigkeiten und Kompetenzen brauchts wirklich. 40 SPRACHEN. Konnten wir daher gut länderübergreifend einsetzen.
Inconvénients :
Design könnte moderner sein. Wirkt etwas spartanisch.
