Very much Compatible to use
Commentaires : I used to solve order, shipment, inventory related issue and it is really awesome platform for ERP. Order tracking system is very fast and easy to get a report.
Avantages :
Pronto has very user friendly interface and I really like interface
Inconvénients :
I used it for POS management so POS screen should be more interactive as it is currently.
Pronto Xi for Prospect Resources
Commentaires : We needed to implement an integrated ERP into the business that was not excessively complex because of the relatively simple nature of our business model. We also needed something that was preferably designed around the nature of our business, which is mining.
Avantages :
Very simple and easy implementation. The modular structure of the software makes it simple to implement in stages without excessive down time. It is also theoretically designed primarily for mining which is the industry in which our business operates.
Inconvénients :
Structurally the software requires a fair bit of customisation if used in jurisdictions with significantly different business rules to Australia, where Pronto was developed. Some of the non-Australian business rules proved difficult to implement.

Commentaires : We changed from Amwin to Pronto as the company got bigger, it was a big ajustment at first but now seems to function very well for the office as well as the warehouse
Avantages :
If you have the idea and the money, you can add and remove functions to suit your business
Inconvénients :
There are limits on some things you can do. Some of the functions take longer to do. eg. reprinting an invoice takes more steps than just pressing "send" When you are adding functions, you also have to give up others for them to work
used for maintenance purposes keeping track of job progress ect
Avantages :
makes it easy for operations staff to enter jobs good options for adding job history notes, also keeps arecord of who enters them. we have full access to store stock through pronto which is very handy
Inconvénients :
when you run a search but arent specific in your criteria it can lock up for several minutes while the search is complete.
