Commentaires : Anyone can set up a auto dealership and have it operational and effective in a week.

Avantages :

Ease of use, and with out a doubt when it doubts call the customer rep. I have been Consulting for the Sports Car Group and suffered major set back with what I wanted to be the heart of the operation, a full spectrum lender, and as I was just at my point of turning negative which is a but rare for ME. Sunshine came through in the form of the rep who didn't allow to me harp but do what I knew to do and that looked past to see what was still there. She found me 5 sub prime and 4 prime options to offset my loss. I am grateful for her, she may never know how much that small act of kindness resignated with me.

Inconvénients :

The Customer experience isn't shared accross all Westlakes Products and Services. I wish preferred lender didn't auto submit.

A Great, Big Monster of a Software Package

Commentaires : It offers "entry impact," by including everything one could request, but much of that is only good for the initial "wow" effect when finding new buyers for the software, on the practical side, it is much less "wow" & more "ow."
After a few days of logging onto the system to become oriented w/ navigation, it becomes a burden to determine which tool or icon to select & ultimately, I find myself fatigued attempting to figure out more "stuff" just to accomplish the basics.

Avantages :

Dealercenter included practically every category of use a dealership could need.

Inconvénients :

The software is unnecessarily complicated & even intimidating when simply attempting to make sense of it- offering a MUCH simpler version w/ needed items for a small/average dealership would be much more effective. Also, every additional functionality required additional payments along w/ additional software support to implement, plus it made an already overly busy interface even more convoluted. The programmers (who give themselves fancy names like "architect" or "engineer") likely pat themselves on the back for all that they have come up w/, but only they & other IT people actually like their product, they should attempt to sell for once & perhaps it would dawn on them that the rest of us aren't impressed w/ fancier, glorified calculators. The objective of the software has gotten lost in the weeds of complexity.

The best one stop software shop in the industry

Avantages :

I have been using DealerCenter for years now at several different car dealerships. I work as a consultant, and the first thing I always do when I come to a new shop is get everything switched to DealerCenter. They are truly the best one stop shop in the industry and allow me to have seamless processes. Their DMS is probably the best I have ever used, allowing me to submit to all my lenders (including RouteOne and DealerTrack lenders) in one spot as opposed to having to run my business from multiple platforms. I also have been able to save these dealerships a lot of money by switching them from 700 credit to DealerCenter for their credit pulls. Easily the most affordable in the industry. Bravo DealerCenter! And thank you [sensitive content hidden] for all you do! You are an invaluable asset to my business.

Avantages :

The key features that has been lifesaving in our dealership management is that, it enables dealers to place new orders and that orders are processed accurately. Invoice generation once the order is completed helps us to start tracking the order status from shipping to delivery. Best part being the comprehensive reports on dealer performance and revenue analytics for data driven decision making. DealerCenter is a hub for all deals management.

Inconvénients :

Working with DealerCenter is quite satisfying. I have every reasons to rate it five stars because it has delivered the best.

Avantages :

We use Dealer Center as our DMS and we absolutely love it. We have integrated it with different systems and our website. Commentaires : I would like to say I’m very impressed with the continual updates and improvements The Team at Dealer Center continues to make, regularly. It’s like owning an Apple computer and getting updates every 45 to 60 days.
In an industry that’s notorious for creating software and promising to make improvements ONE DAY... Dealer Center is a breath of fresh air.
A tech company creating Automotive Software solutions. The updates and improvements are continual. Their motto is certainly to be the best, which means we must get better every day. Never static, never stuck, never the same old same old... I’m a believer.

Avantages :

Easy to use, intuitive in fact. Everything you need and more. Cannot beat the value. All in one solutions for Independent dealers of all sizes.

Inconvénients :

Nothing negative to say. Nothing else to say about the CONS ......

Commentaires : All in all for the price it seems like a fair value. There are certainly more sophisticated and better systems out there. After its all said and done I wish I would have spent the money to get a better quality system. The bare bones of the system is Ok but to get all the nice features there is upcharge after up charge.

Avantages :

It was turn key and it was up and running was not much down time.

Inconvénients :

Its really slow, and clunky, When there is an issue often times its not a quick solution.

Commentaires : So far no major complaints. Customer service is amazing for sure. Really enjoyed my conversation with [sensitive content hidden]. She makes every conversations fun one. I actually look forward to her calls.

Avantages :

Keeping track of which customer I have communicated with. Reminders to follow up are very helpful.

Inconvénients :

I feel that the text messaging seems easier on the mobile app. But then again I just started using program so maybe I just need to play with it more. If I don't hit "completed task" it still shows on my notifications tab that I have not completed task even if I did take care of it.

Commentaires : We have been working with DealerCenter- we got our website up and completed CRM training. The software is easy to use and we've started the change to use DealerCenter instead of Frazer do to it being a one stop shop- our rep [sensitive content hidden] has been amazing at helping us with any questions that we have had regarding the software. She is always willing to help any way she can and gets things done in a timely manner. We love that she always has a positive attitude and ready to tackle any issues we come across.

Avantages :

That I can manage my business all in one which saves me a lot of time and makes the whole selling a car process a lot easier.

Inconvénients :

The only thing I don't like is my facebook integration has not been set up fully, but my rep is working on it.

WorldPay Integration with DealerCenter

Commentaires : DealerCenter has excellent customer service reps that are always there to answer our question whether it be by phone or live chat. If they don't know something, they'll always find a way to get the answers we need.

Avantages :

Payment processing is now so EASY to do! Integration is free so it was a no brainer deciding to go with it. Best training ever by [SENSITIVE CONTENT]

Inconvénients :

Integration is fairly new for us so there's really nothing that we don't like but if I find something, I'll be sure to update this review!

Commentaires : We like the software and believe it definitely helps get deals done. We love to use it for running credit reports. Very easy program to learn to use.

We like the ease of use. Fair pricing for running credit reports. Saves all the data you would need to work on other approvals.

Wish there were more lenders using the software, but they are added.

Integrated system

Avantages :

There are many banks that are integrated with this system, which helps us contract more deals. This helps us with leads as we can keep all of the customer's information in one place.

Inconvénients :

Sometimes the system delays which causes an issue with contracting deals but other than that it's an easy system to use.

Terrible customer service and the 2.0 version is terrible and not user friendly

Commentaires : I loved this program when i 1st got it. It was easy to use and rarely had any problems. Since the new version came out its been nothing but problem after problem and it is not user friendly at all. To do the most basic tasks you have to call customer support, which is terrible, and wait for them to figure it out. Often I end up figuring how to do it before they do. My service rep has no clue how to do the most basics of tasks and I get frustrated every time I call. Often I have to call and or email several times to get one thing fixed, and sometimes 4 or 5 times about the same issue. There is a lot of stuff you can do with it now, and i think most of it is a good idea and I would hate to have to do it, but i'm starting to look at other bhph software. It has a lot of features, but its more Unnecessarily complicated and I always have to call to figure out the special trick to do what i need to do. I just don't want to deal with dealercenter anymore.

Inconvénients :

Nobody an figure out how to use it including their own support

Commentaires : Overall, the system has covered the basics of our DMS needs and has proven to be worth the money that it costs in comparison to other DMS systems. My new rep was extremely friendly and genuinely seemed to care about helping me today.

Avantages :

Integration with DealerTrack & Route One, Dealer Group Setting, You can't beat the price...

Inconvénients :

Some of the forms, ie; the credit application doesn't carry over a lot of the fields necessary for some of our other lenders and isn't as user friendly as I would like to see. There's almost too much information and too many screens.
