I was not a seasoned professional and even stepped away from LMS admin duty for a couple years, but now my role has transitioned and I am the main admin for my organization. Using Absorb makes employees and volunteer training smooth as Absorb is integrated with both our staff and volunteer management programs. They have been proactive in following up on tickets, accommodating our time zone requirements, and effectively coordinating with integration teams across different regions. I joined the project late and did not get in on any formal training. The AI based support channel is fantastic. As well, Claire's meetings were great and she was always willing to 'jump on a call'. The migration process was at times difficult due mostly to the difference in nomenclature between the old system and Absorb. I felt confused at times due to the details being explained where not sufficiently explained based on the required data.
