Commentaires : Finacle was a daily driver was all bank executives at ICICI and we relied on it to keep the customers happy with their banking needs

Avantages :

Finacle is a great core banking solution built by Infosys which supports Online Banking,Multi-Branch,Transaction Monitoring and reporting, mutual funds, credit cards, customer profiles, etc. As a banking executive in ICICI, I used it on daily basis to help customers with their banking needs.

Inconvénients :

Turn around time for any new features request was time consuming. Improvements can be also made in simplifying the overall UI of the solution as well.

Is there a better one than this? not cheap to tell

Commentaires : Due high costs of implementing such systems, you can involuntarily often conclude you have the best at hand

Avantages :

Finacle core banking solution is a highly customizable banking platform. From an active front and back office user experience, I can attest to its ability to categorize many users with different levels of functions and user rights with high level of audit trails and reports generation. It offers great inter branch interactions while maintaining the right levels of separations and authorizations.

Inconvénients :

Meaningful customization as use as intended meaning putting a lot of hour in training and often seemed complicated especially for first time users.

Commentaires : My overall experience with the Finacle is excellent. It helps to increase the performance of bank, as well as my personal performance in my career as a banker. Great product.

Avantages :

Two years ago our bank migrated to Finacle from another core banking system. When compare the performance is really high. And it is so efficient and helps to make office mates competent. This is really important to our bank as an organization.

Inconvénients :

We have faced some difficulties in data extraction and conversion process of our old core banking system. But is not an issue of Finacle.

Inconvénients :

Menus are very lengthy. Some menus are opened in new window which should be opened in same window. Some menus has to opened again after entering one entry. It doesn't cover ATM Mangament

Avantages :

This software was easy to navigate through and learn how to use. There were hardly any glitches and when we did have any issues, our in-house tech professional was well-trained and was able to assist or sort out any problems swiftly.

The system is fully configurable by use of system level as well as user level built in parameters. In Addition, new parameter creation, script level function handling can be done to best fit the customer requirements. Integrations with leading trading platforms such as Reuters, Bloomberg, TradeSTP etc is available in the base product.

The web services are not support in v11. Tool has to be installed in each end user PC.

Commentaires : I have worked on Finacle for the brief period of 8 months for one of the biggest bank of India for their retail banking arms.
Finacle is a great product in terms of Retail banking for service and product innovation for retail banking.
Finacle is configurable in a great way and it's feature rich for Online Banking, Customer Management. Finacle technical support is outstanding and response time from Support team was phenomenal and professional to the core. For Developer this product suite requires extensive learning curve and cost and Training is provided by Product owner organization.
