We contacted EzFacility numerous times and customer support is horrible. The biggest disappointment is that when we tied it to our website, scheduling was a nightmare. You had to actually select a plan/program/product, pay for it, then after you have paid is when you can select a date/time. > > For our business is didn't work, at all.
