So there is no value for the money you pay because they are costing you more money. There is no one person for phone support and when you leave a message, they never return your call. Billing can be tricky at first but once you find your way, it is a breeze. The value for the money is priceless. It is a complete system that making running my practice easy. If I get a hiccup in claims, charting etc, the support staff is helpful, friendly and on point. Scheduling is easy and very manageable for all involved. AI feature is nice to have when you need to chart quickly. > > **Inconvénients**: Billing section can be confusing to navigate at times but once we find our rhythm it is a breeze.
