Practice-Web fournit une solution informatisée, complète et basée sur Microsoft.NET (inclus dans Windows 7 et 8). La solution s'intègre à tous les principaux systèmes de radiographie et se connecte à des bases de données d'assurance maladie avec vérification en ligne des droits des patients et des mises à jour sur les prestations. Practice-Web comprend des rappels automatisés, l'enregistrement des patients sur le web, une borne interactive pour les patients, un module d'inventaire des fournitures dentaires, des ordonnances personnalisables, des bordereaux de laboratoire, des bordereaux de référence, une fonction de numérisation de multi-pages, une messagerie texte pour les patients et des formulaires de consentement personnalisables avec signature.

Avantages :
I find the ease of charting and treatment planning; it is uncomplicated and straightforward! Software support is very personalized, and I rely on the support for problem resolution, upgrades and usage/training.
Inconvénients :
Lack of “cloud” support, but they add Doctor Portal now which helps

Commentaires : Practice-web is an all-in-one dental system, very easy to navigate and learn. Coming from previous banker who has a zero experience in the dental industry.
Avantages :
Practice-Web system is very easy to navigate. Also, if I have any technical difficulty, their technical support is available even on weekends and they reach out pretty fast.
Inconvénients :
The least I like about the tool is that the bone graft has no tooth number option so I would have to edit it on our EDI solutions website. I hope they can update this.

Low cost,, was great during my practice start up phase as I could not spare additional cash flow to pay for premium software
Inconvénients :
The features were updated very infrequently and slow to be released.

I can't match you to your account with 100% certainty because Capterra doesn't show your last name, though it looks like you might have had Support for short period of time about a decade ago. Paid support is required to receive the upgrades. Major releases are done roughly twice per year with minor upgrades between. Technical support is also a benefit of paid support. We've had a 98-100% satisfaction rate from clients (via post-support surveys) for the past several years and holding. It's a big deal to us because we follow up on every issue - we want our clients to be happy and thrive! I'm not sure if your experience wasn't up to par because your Support lapsed or something else happened because it was so long ago, but if you'd like to elaborate more or see what Practice-Web is like today, please call us at 800.845.9379 (opt 1). The best PM
Commentaires : I brag about it all. Very efficient. I've added a stand up computer on the clinic floor because most entries are so quick, it's a waste of energy to sit down.
Avantages :
The ease of charting and the notes below the chart that are permanently there and aren't scrolled with the official chart notes.
Inconvénients :
The click to the chart page from the calendar could be simplified. Most calendars provide a left click but yours left click options provide the rescheduling options. One option at the bottom of the scroll down menu for chart face would be nice. Also, my network computer manager has always hated that this is not a web product by current definitions. He consults on all sorts of industries and the computer products always use online servers if they are called "web".
