Keeping asset histories, calibration events, certificates, and related records in one place makes day-to-day management much easier. Reporting is also quite useful once everything is configured properly, especially when you need to review an asset’s history or prepare information for an audit. Customer support has been helpful whenever the setup or customization gets more technical. > > **Inconvénients**: The flexibility comes with a learning curve. Some of the administration and configuration areas are not immediately intuitive, especially when you start changing deeper settings or creating more specific reports. I would also like to see some of the management and permission settings become easier for administrators to configure without needing additional guidance. > > Overall, IndySoft feels like a mature calibration management platform rather than a basic asset tracking tool.
