Online Forms module is weak and the Drag and Drop forms limited in functionality. > > For a small organization, the long and onerous learning curve was among our biggest challenges. Without systems experience, it would be easy for an organization to make database design and data input decisions that could be counterproductive and lead to inefficiencies. As the external advisor for the project (coming from a systems and database management background) I had the time and expertise to deep dive, “pre-navigate”, and have conversations with both front line help and Development to guide best practices. The staff did not have either the time or the background to do so. Having said that, I found that I always got answers or resolutions to issues. It is a pretty easy system. If I had to pick something it would be the transaction reporting. You have to open each one up to expand it for each day. But again, that is not that much work. No one at the location had really used it to its full potential and no one was around to show me how to do it; however, the tutorials were amazing, and I was able to get started right away.
