Great for Payment Purchases
Commentaires : To keep a track of everything on Square requires no cost but ordering the products to keep a track costs a lot of money. I could also get referral bonuses if I referred someone to Square but it takes a while to get used to. During the pandemic, I doubt people were going to use Square as much as they used to because you have to use your hands to click on everything and navigate the websites on the screen. It was a great experience using them when I made purchases at the store. It was popular for small businesses to switch to Square.
Avantages :
I like how I was provided the square tool to attach to my phone in order for credit cards to be swiped. I used to keep it on my phone when I would sell my products and customers wanted to pay with debit or credit card. It was easy to use. It was a trend back in 2015-2018 and I wanted to order my credit card kit with the tablet. I also used Square to keep a track of all the purchases customers made toward my product. I created invoices, kept a record of my hired employees, and had a record of all the purchases people made toward my products.
Inconvénients :
The product was great to attach to my iphone but as iphones started to change in design, I could no longer use the Square tool that was given to me. When I switched to an iphone 7, I couldn't use the tool anymore. I had to buy different types of earphones and products to attach to my new iphone. The design for Square didn't change as much so it was hard to connect it to the phone to store my new data. Customers still were using credit cards but I couldn't have the credit cards swiped on my phone anymore.

Commentaires : I've been able to streamline a few business needs however it's still does not give the full performance of a built-in web terminal linked directly with your business checking account. And the transaction fees are not always something to look forward to as a business owner trying to gain and grow their customer base.
Avantages :
The fact I can continue an invoice from any device that has access to the square account and also use two-factor authentication so that I don't have unauthorized users in the platform. Plus I can add specific details of work being done and also images and signed documents within the same invoice.
Inconvénients :
I don't like how it's gated in the full capacity it can offer such as offering contracts and also adding additional fields to your invoice for the customer.
Good idea, wrong direction for small business owners.
Commentaires : Overall, its a good program/app for small business owners, and mini entrepreneurs. BUT there are too many hiccups from the start, and once you have your account setup and integrated into your business, you want everything to go smoothly, you dont want to lose hours, even days trying to submit all the required documents square asks for before taking any holds off your account,etc....
Avantages :
What I liked most about the software was, the ease of the point of sale oh, it makes it very convenient and easy for small business owners to complete sales or transactions, and the square banking is a great option to use.
Inconvénients :
From the very beginning when I made my first point-of-sale transaction I had five small transactions the first day and immediately all my deposits and transfer were put on hold do you ask for invoicing in business information and documentation, all of that should have been done at the very beginning with a person opens the account oh, it's just a big hassle once you got it up and integrated into your business and then you start making transactions and the whole thing is put on hold.

Commentaires : Very good. Really happy, I can set recurring invoices, customise my invoices and do much much more.
Avantages :
Square invoices is incredibly easy to use and is inexpensive. I only pay 2.9% per transaction as against other companies where I used to pay 3.6% per transaction. Also I can collect via any medium and any credit/debit card and also generate custom payment links for specific items.
Inconvénients :
You can only collect payment in your home country. For e.g. I am not able to collect payments in Australian Dollars if I am based in Canada (thus I can collect payments only in my local currency, which is Canadian Dollars).

Commentaires : I had to manually create invoices and wait for consumers to come to my shop to pay before using square invoices, which slowed talks. Faster and more convenient than ever before, now you can do it all online.
Avantages :
About a year ago, I started using Square Invoices, and I couldn't be happier with the service. I send out electronic invoices to my clientele, who can then pay via credit card processing; the platform also lets me list my wares and monitor stock levels. What I have done thus far has been fantastic.
Inconvénients :
I need the ability to create and save several different invoice variations. It would be great if I didn't have to keep switching back and forth between tabs to update the two or three problems I usually have to deal with.
