Excellent asset management software!
Commentaires : Overall, our experience has been very positive. Zoidii makes our maintenance operations better. It saves the team time by giving them everything they need at their fingertips. The software is intuitive to use so the operations team can log work requests easily. The maintenance team get every single request so nothing falls through the cracks. Technical support has been excellent.
Avantages :
Simple to track work orders, PMs, and assets. Very quick to put the system in place in our factory. As the system is so easy to use, we can bring in new people and get them up and running on the Zoidii system quickly. We love the way you can upload multiple photos onto work orders, giving the team the ability to record a pre and post-repair images.
Inconvénients :
No complaints. Zoidii suits our needs perfectly.

Avantages :
One of the standout features I really like is the ability to upload multiple photos to work orders, which helps in documenting pre and post-repair conditions.
Inconvénients :
I really don't have any Cons to add to this review. The support team at Zoidii is always on top of any issue that may occur. They are constantly updating the system to make it more efficient.

Commentaires : Creates organizational value to my job but trying to use the mobile app is difficult

Listing of jobs to be done and how you can filter thru them.
Inconvénients :
Mobile app is difficult to use in everyday task with the product.

Transitioned from Excel and haven't looked back!
Commentaires : We have been very impressed with their onboarding process and how easy it was to get transitioned from our manual processes to their cloud platform.
Avantages :
- Easy to understand pricing structure that is affordable - Clean, responsive interface - Very knowledgeable and helpful support - Not overly complicated, perfectly sized for what we need
Inconvénients :
I really don't have anything bad to say at the moment. Only that we didn't find this product 10 years ago!

Commentaires : So far, it has been outstanding! If there is an issue; I get answers in a very timely fashion. The system is very easy to use. If your team can use social media; they can use Zoidii.
Avantages :
Makes entering a work notification easy for everyone in the company. Having the work history and real time ability to see what is open and what has been closed.
Inconvénients :
There is a lot of things Zoidii does and it simply takes time to get everything going. We focused on getting the notification system going first as we had an immediate use! The rest of the features will just take time as we continue to learn and discover within the system.
