The invoice receipt book is a huge help in the digital process. But accruals and recurring documents are also very advantageous. > > **Inconvénients**: The support currently leaves something to be desired. It's sometimes difficult to reach. Furthermore, information about current bugs is occasionally missing (especially regarding the self-configuration of client accounts). This does not apply to the Consultant and Key Account Manager\! > > Thanks to our excellent consultant, who tackles every issue with us, we've become very familiar with the program and can already handle a great deal on our own. The interfaces work perfectly; we mostly don't even use the built-in reports, but have created (and are still creating) our own in Excel for the various internal requirements. The program is very user-friendly for individual accountants and, in some parts, self-explanatory. There are also numerous e-learning tools available, allowing everyone to choose their own areas of focus. The group-wide functions are also clear and helpful (intercompany invoices and reconciliations, e-documents, etc.). This was also a factor in our selection. Document archiving is excellent, and integration with external programs like travel expense management tools is possible (though it requires IT support) and works well. The fixed asset management is very good, it supports multiple clients (very important within a group), setting up new clients is simple and customizable, and there's the option of a master client account where all accounts (general ledger and subledger accounts) are maintained uniformly for all clients, preventing any "uncontrolled growth" of data. Roles can be individually configured. The client cockpit provides a comprehensive overview of all relevant information for all clients simultaneously (e.g., VAT returns, period-end closing, whether all recurring entries and accruals have been posted, etc.). This eliminates the need to access each client individually, making it very convenient. When selecting a new program, every company has its own requirements; ours focused on the core client, digitalization, audit-friendliness, clear overview for daily data entry, and excellent reporting capabilities. Naturally, compliance with legal requirements and automatic updates (e.g., VAT) were also essential.
