Commentaires : LOVE IT!!!!! The software is so easy to use and you can easily have all the major data you need on a lease available on the Summary Page.
Avantages :
Very user friendly, reports are easy to run and change based on data needs.
Inconvénients :
When it times out due to not being used after 15 min or so.

Commentaires : Working with lucernex is very intuitive once you figure it out. Until then though it is most reccomended to have someone on their support or staff work with you on items.
Avantages :
The user friendly finding of needed information. The people who work on/with lucernex always are willing to find any possible solution for a users case, ease of most configurability, integratable programs, reportability on almost all things
Inconvénients :
Cost tracking ability, bidding module does not show capex/internal budget lines to compare bids to, unable to select all to check in as an admin, no punch list built in, project side issues can take a while to resolve
My LX Thoughts
Commentaires : There are many things that my company wishes LX could do or provide. For example, a flowchart for the workflows. We had to make all of those ourselves. I like the system, but I have nothing to compare it too. I just wish the customer service wasn't hit or miss.
Avantages :
I like the workflows and how you can customize forms, pages and templates.
Inconvénients :
Customer Service and tickets lack if you don't get the core people. They outsource customer support to places like Brazil. Customer service needs help, why do you make us explain the business impact for support tickets? You have to pay if you want to sit down and pick someone's brain about how to set up something new like the bidding modules.

Commentaires : Overall its a positive experience with a few suggestions for improvement.
Avantages :
I like the functionality of the ASC 842 schedules and ability to customize the payment options
Inconvénients :
I think the reports could be more streamlined. I find myself needing to run multiple reports to get the information I need.
