> **Avantages**: It has a very user-friendly interface. Plus, the ability to customize the images of the assessments/surveys makes them much more appealing to complete. The support service you can access is also very useful, and finally, the inclusion of AI was a necessary improvement they've incorporated.

> **Inconvénients**: I miss the ability to have a comprehensive view of both positions and people, without necessarily being disconnected. It would be very useful to be able to see a company organizational chart, a visual chart, drill-down to the level of detail needed; I'm surprised this isn't available. I also miss the fact that, in the evaluations, there isn't a summary of the company's overall strengths and areas for improvement.
