I have received excellent support and guidance from Tech Support.
Many members of the team at some point has been involved in helping me learn how to get the best out of the product, resolve tech issues and have always been willing to spend whatever amount of time it takes to ensure I have my issues resolved.
[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] to name but a few have been totally excellent.
Avantages: Its very easy to use if you are used to working with powerpoint.
Inconvénients: I actually love using it. Really liberating to be able to develop your own courses at a pace and time of your own choosing.
