The document module is especially useful for maintaining versions, approval workflows, and change control, which strengthens the management system. Additionally, it's a plus that they provided us with the fifth module, Human Resources, at no extra cost, as it expands the platform's scope and allows us to integrate more processes within the same tool. I also appreciate that when consulting sessions are scheduled, the support is adequate, and the team provides clear guidance when functional questions arise. > > **Inconvénients**: The main issue has been technical support. Since November, a ticket has been open \[sensitive content hidden\] because two email addresses are not receiving notifications about document changes, and despite meetings between the internal IT team and Kawak, the issue remains unresolved. Additionally, a third email address was recently identified that has never received notifications, and the case is only now being escalated. These situations negatively impact document management and timely follow-up. We have also noticed a decrease in the availability of consultations (previously, same-day appointments were available; now, they are usually available two or three days later). Furthermore, a previously available AI button that allowed for quick answers to questions without scheduling a consultation has been removed. This was a useful feature that saved time. Finally, some fields or content in the learning path are outdated. > > Overall, the experience has been positive in terms of functionality: it's a robust tool that allows for the proper organization and structuring of management systems.
