Inconvénients :

Peu de fonctionnalités en définitive, il y a plus d'options sur une simple ligne OVH côté téléphonie et la vue des contacts est perfectible, par ex impossible d'ouvrir une fiche prospect complète depuis google voice.

Les fonctionnalités ayant le plus d'impact c'est la transformation de la voix en écriture a travers son système d'intelligence artificielleEt son assistante audio Et en fin son utilisation facile adaptation facile a la portée de tout le monde

Inconvénients :

En terme d'inconvénient je dirai que le fait parfois de ne pas toujours donner les réponses attendues suite a la mal interprètation du message transmis et cultive aussi la paresse

Trop d'appels manqués, redirection pas toujours efficientes

Inconvénients :

Malgré la fluidité de mise en place et de configuration, trop d'appels manqués, de loupés dans les redirections automatiques, et la qualité du son très médiocre.

L’inconvénient est qu’elle a une intonation robotique. Bien que la voix Google soit de grande qualité, elle peut parfois manquer de l’intonation naturelle et de l’émotion que les êtres humain mettent dans leurs paroles

Commentaires : Overall I really recommend this product this platform is a great Google has done a good job here it's got great clarity great customer service for several different services that are essential for phone providers and it's really affordable and easy to implement an integrate.

Google Voice is so easy to use it's a very reasonably priced it offers several essential phone service functions and a great quality they have great customer service And it's also easy to integrate with any other Google service and just many services in general being a Google product.

Honestly there really wasn't much at all I don't think I can think of anything at all that I did not like about this program I'm very very happy with it. It is really been a pleasant experience and I'm glad I chose them to go to for my second phone line for my business needs.

Avantages :

This is one of the cheapest virtual phone services that you will find sense it is free and it’s almost perfect. It has just the right amount of features. It is lacking some things but of course, as a free service that’s to be expected but for the price I absolutely recommend everybody who is starting a small business to start with your voice.

The only cons for Google Voice is the issue with the call [sensitive content hidden] and not being able to know if a phone call is coming to your personal cell phone or if a call is coming from Google Voice because it only gives you two options you’re either getting a phone call from just the regular caller ID which it looks exactly like your normal phone call collar ID or you can set your Google voice number as a contact in your phone so that way you know that a call is coming to you from Google Voice but it takes away the call ID feature so I wish they would fix this. I also wish they would have a virtual answering service like a robot which most other services have but of course those cost so I can’t really say it’s a con because everything you’re getting Is great

A Great Service For Digital First Companies - But Canadians Be Aware!

Commentaires : SMS features need to be clearly stated before the sign-up process is launched.
It was disappointing to discover that our selected solution wouldn't allow for texting - a key feature in 2023.

Avantages :

Transferring existing numbers was a breeze, we had zero issues setting up new lines, linking mobile phones to numbers and with a Google integrated system, our IT Management was easy as possible.

Inconvénients :

Be aware - CANADIAN users - Google Voice doesn't support SMS or text based features for Canadian phone numbers. This means no access to authentication systems required for mobile and remote work. That made the product a none starter for us, and after moving our whole system over, we had to move it right back to a competing service that offered SMS features.

We can't live without it!

Avantages :

I own two hair salons and we don't have a receptionist at either location. Google Voice has made our world so much better and allows us to streamline all client communication through one number. A few of my team members have access to it on their devices and we are able to communicate from home or away from the salons! Can't get better than that. We love the texting options also!

Inconvénients :

The only thing I would change is a simple feature... I'd love to have the option to "unread" text messages, to help us keep track of who has been communicated with. Other than that, its great!

Commentaires : the problem of having to use my cell to respond to incoming calls and then have people be able to contact me directly is solved by google voice. it works fairly well overall but there is room to improve the app

Commentaires : Overall I love the multitask function that I could use with Google voice I could be working on something and sending out a text message instead of typing on my phone I tend to do that a lot with my business and it saves the fingers and the hand cramps but you must always remember to pronunciate your words before you push send or I could autocorrect something you didn't mean to say

What I absolutely love about Google voice is that when I am driving and you're not allowed to have your cell phone you can talk easily into it and it will send a text for you or if you're doing chores around the house or the office

Commentaires : My overall experience with Google Voice has been positive. I know when, where and how to use this product. This is important so my expectations are reasonable. I would not take Google Voice to the middle of the desert without a satellite and expect it to work.
