Easy to Use service for dropshipping

Avantages :

This service is easy to use therefore it is recommended for novice drop shippers. Item lister is excellent that's what I use every day.

Inconvénients :

Order fulfillment has to improve. And item price monitoring and stock monitoring need more improvement and has to be reliable and more robust.

AutoDS is very useful and easy to use!

The worst platform I've ever worked with!

Commentaires : One of the worst. Once I joined the platform, I've been asked be the platform to leave a 5 star review in order to get back a small discount on the first month if I'm not mistaken. Though working with it, I can assure you it did cost me more by the end of the day as of its structure. When I asked the way to disable/delete my account I have been offered by Angelos (the only one who really helped me with my issues and gave me real solutions) 15% discount on my monthly fees for the next three months which I even paid more. I'm very disappointed with this platform. I mean, tell me a worthy platform/company who offers you a discount not to leave. None of the excellent ones offer you something like this because they know their value...

Avantages :

It has some cool features though not all of them are working okay.

Inconvénients :

There are people for service though the answers they give are not helping at all. The platform has been created to automate orders though most of the times something is wrong and you have to go through it manually. The monthly fee is too expensive. Many times the platform is down and it crashes all over and you cannot work properly. Setting up your account to make the payments automatically it finds much more expensive items and you gain less commission. Totally NOT recommended at allllllll!!!

AUTODS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Commentaires : So far so good. A little overwhelming and a lot of reading.

Avantages :

The customer service provided was great. I use their Chat tool and the agent on the other side was very patient and responded to all my questions. Furthermore she went the extramile and provide images, and links, and provided the explanation and support I needed. GREAT JOB, GUYS!

Inconvénients :

The tools has a couple o glitches that it did not allow me to change the price of the sourced product which is capture automatically when passing the information from the side. When set higher than the real price, it does not allow you to list the product. I learned that you can increase the potential loses when setting the order prices. which is workaround mechanism but not perfect. They should have and override button that allows you to correct the number passed to the system. Also something that I did not like was the price of the automation feature.. If you want to use automation, you have to pay 5% of your sales... which is horrible. Imaging if you make a $100 sale to earn $10 , you will need to paid 5% of your sale, that means $5 dollar... That is crazy! Now if the 5% is on the profit...then it would be 5% of $10 that is $0.50 which it will be ok. But 5% of the sale is crazy and big NO NO.. I thing this policy must be revised. They should know that other software companies offer the same automation for free. Can anyone confirm if I understood it correcly? So I guest that I will use the manual approach.

Free Trial $1 turned to $800+ in annual fees

Commentaires : Being a naive tiktok watcher I decided to check out dropshipping as a second income. After signing up for the free trial I felt confident to look around to see what was offered, following the instructions of a guide to make sure i was setting everything up right for my dropshipping store tk be created.
The only email i received for my subscription to their services was the free trial. So when paypal started showing charges for annual subscriptions totalling over $800 CAD. I panicked and scrambled to take everything down as fast as I could.
I contacted everyone. AutoDS and paypal to try to get the charges cancelled or refunded for something I never wanted. All thw while still only having an agreement in my possession of the free trial.
Because i contacted everyone, AutoDS could only refund one transaction, minus 15%. Losing me about $70 CAD with one charge. While paypal closed the case after I could not provide the agreement for the other, since I only had the free trial agreement. $520 CAD, from one charge, I am having to pay for something I did not end up using at all.
AutoDS is refusing to help me get anything from it back, since I cannot provide paypal with an agreement. I would strongly suggest to anyone thinking about trying AutoDS to not connect anything to it. A few hours and you could be out $800+ with no way to help yourself out of it.
And the saddest thing, is begging a company to do the same as they did with the other charge and take 15%. 15% is more than one month, when it was merely hours, before running as far away from their site as I could.
I feel scammed.

Half-baked, VERY buggy software, exceptionally terrible customer support

Commentaires : The tool is lackluster, buggy, overall a disappointment but okay whatever I would move on - the ONLY reason I am reviewing this tool at all is because I cancelled before the trial ended, my account was terminated (can no longer login) but AutoDS keeps charging me. When I contacted them about it I got rude customer service that quoted their "policies" as an excuse for fraudulently charging my card after cancellation. When I informed them I had cancelled they continued to be rude, dismissive, and claim my account was still active even though I can't login. This behavior reflects the value they place on their customers. For this reason alone, even if the tool was great, I would NEVER use AutoDS. If you want to place your credit card details into a site that will keep charging after cancellation this is the tool for you.

Avantages :

Honestly, there was nothing about this software that stood out or was great. Even other mediocre tools do a better job.

Inconvénients :

Almost every feature is buggy. Most features feel like they are in beta and not ready for the public. Their supposed product research tool is a joke and essentially worthless. Lister builder is okay but lacks in so many ways. It feels like it was made by somebody who has never dropshipped before.

I have been trying Autods more than a 3 months i lost money instead of earning Because of following reasons 1- items lost on transit and i need to pay from my pocket because amazon account no longer accessible or was restricted by the supplier. 2- Customer ask refund and same issue or similar amazon account no longer accessible or was restricted by the supplier. 3- Autods put restriction to all accounts this week also This message means if i scale my business sell more items you won't be able to process why We are paying this much fees? “Your order has failed due to limitations applied on "Fulfilled by AutoDS" service for Amazon. The current limit is 10 Amazon daily orders of less than $35 product price. Such limitations are sometimes unavoidable, due to the great volumes of overall orders, and while we are working on scaling up the service for all clients. The limitation is temporary and usually only lasts for a few days. We recommend that you use your private Amazon accounts in the meantime, and we apologise for any inconvenience. Please note, you can always create more than one Amazon account and use AutoDS to automate your fulfilment with your personal accounts. 4- Live chat never online to get help 5- i have 10K subscription my items not processed on time i get rating down on ebay because of that . 6- So many item prices when they sold we realised not matching with actual item price we lost money again.... This platform says they integrate with AliExpress but I've had numerous order failure and their chat support is atrocious they have no clue about their product. I've raised multiple tickets and nobody is able to resolve my issue. They keep saying force order will fix my issue but I've done 1000 force orders and met with the same error message every time I use an AliExpress choice listing for buying a product.

Yearly fees charged during Trial period

Commentaires : I have been charged yearly fee while in free trial period. I am waiting now for a refund 6 days. Autods will not refund because I have raised a case with PayPal. PayPal are waiting for Autods to respond. I am left with a further waiting time for deliberation.

Avantages :

Category variants need more input to load. Not helpful.

Inconvénients :

Multiple categories have to loaded on extra steps. I have closed my trial and discovered full yearly fees taken out of my account.
