Avantages :

j'adore zoom surtout depuis le covid, nous avons changés notre façon pour communiquer avec nos partenaires donc à distance . Il fonctionne soit depuis mon smartphone ou mon ordinateur portable. La qualité audio est toujours très claire et je n'ai jamais eu de problème avec l'audio.

Inconvénients :

configuration avant que l'appel ne soit effectué et ne peut pas être modifié au milieu de la session. sinon plutôt très positif

j'adore zoom surtout en cette periode de pandemie.Elle me permet d'etre en relation continue avec mes proches vue qu'on se voit pas beaucoup a cause de la pandemie. Elle permet aussi d'informer mon entourage surtout sur les gestes barrieres.Elle est tres parfaite pour suivre les cours en ligne

Inconvénients :

le seul inconvenient avec ce logiciel est qu'il utilise trop de connection internet juste pour suivre une reunion ou un appel

Commentaires : J'aime bien ce logiciel même si la connexion est complexe.

Avantages :

Ce logiciel est très utile en ce moment de pandémie. Je l'utilise dans mes cours mais aussi pour parler à mon entourage. Cette application est parfait pour faire des réunions de famille puisque nous pouvons être plusieurs à la fois. Et puis à l'école aussi nous l'utilisons et les professeurs trouve que cela les aide beaucoup pour enseigner. Aussi ce que j'aime de ce logiciel c'est qu'il indique quelle personne qui parle à l'aide d'un encadrer jaune, cela est très utile pour les appels de groupe.

Inconvénients :

L'un des points faibles est qu'il est parfois plus complexe de ce connecter pour des gens qui ne sont pas très a l'aise avec la technologie, cela peut être difficile. Et j'ai eu quelques difficulté avec le son.

Avantages :

Zoom facilitates the seamless presentation of myself on the platform, particularly during interviews. Accessing the platform via the mobile app is expeditious, requiring less than a minute. Additionally, I appreciate receiving daily notifications regarding meeting schedules, alleviating the need for manual note-taking or reminders on my phone.

Inconvénients :

I dislike the fact that most meetings under a free version only last for 40 minutes. I wish they could make them last for an hour at most. I am also not very fond of the fact that one needs to have a constant internet connection.

Zoom Phone improves quickly.

Commentaires : Overall it is easy application and it has many option especially in meeting. But I do not like when it has code to enter. If I get one letter or number not right we have to search for missing thing.
You Can make it kind of direct group call (even if you want to make them reserve a spot before they start call or chat)

Avantages :

I Like Zoom Phone because it is easy and get popular especially after Covid-19. They improve the application quickly too.

Inconvénients :

The least about zoom phone is still have many steps to get connected to other person.

Complete Train Wreck

Commentaires : We were double billed at the beginning and when we requested the second account be closed, it was set to cancelation pending and never changed or refunded. When we attempted call tickets they were never answered. When I called, I would hold from 30-45 minutes each call and several times my call was dropped once answered and I would have to start the process over again. The customer service reps were not fluent in English and read standard responses from a notebook, none of which actually addressed our issues. There was no way to escalate and when we finally received follow ups they still did not address the issues or answer the questions.

Avantages :

We were pleased to be given the option of using a phone app instead of standard desk phones given the nature of our business.

Inconvénients :

The setup process was confusing, call routing and other functions very unclear and hard to set up, customer service completely non-existent.

Commentaires : Using zoom phone in Mac OS without any issues , running smoothly not consuming enough space. Properly integrated with zendesk to call the customer anytime hassle free. Overall it is good and helpful

Avantages :

1. High availability of product in the market so very less chances to say customers to install and use this. 2. Integrations in other environment is easy and not very time taking. 3. Secure and goo compatibility in mobile as well. 4. Free version is also good with respect to the paid one.

Inconvénients :

1. Noticed lags in performance sometime. 2. High Bandwidth is needed for smooth working. Little changes cause disruptions.

Commentaires : I enjoy using Zoom phone. Personally, it is easier for me to use than Microsoft Teams.

Avantages :

I love that Zoom phone can be utilized anywhere I have service. Perfect for on the go. I can attend meetings and have my phone connect to my car. Easy way to get everyone together to discuss important topics.

Inconvénients :

Battery drainer. Make sure you have a charger. For some it can be difficult to manage at first especially with the various features.

CONNECTING! We are in a technological age and everyone is hustling and bustling. Having a way to stay in touch, catch up or even land that dream job is crucial. Zoom does all that and more.

Avantages :

Zoom Phone gives me the ability to conduct video conferencing through my iPhone device.

Inconvénients :

It suits all my needs and there is no hectic aspect that it portrays.

Trusted but connection is not great

Everybody uses Zoom so they are familiar with its functionality and trust incoming calls / meeting invitations

The connection seems to be the worst. It often drops or has trouble staying connected, when other services work better on the same mobile / Wifi network connection

Inconvénients :

I have experienced some delays with the software loading, and sometimes it doesn't always recognize my headset. Fixing that would be a major plus for me.

Commentaires : Just like every software has its pros and cons this is a very good app that easy to use but if the cons are worked on it will even be greater.
It's great for online meetings and classes because one can share their screen and the quality of both the audio and video is great.

Avantages :

I have been using Zoom since last year for both work meetings and online classes and what I loved most about it, is the fact that it doesn't use too much storage on the phone and you can use it on the go or anywhere you are. It's easy to use, you don't need special classes or lessons for you can understand how to use it.

Inconvénients :

It needs a great internet connection otherwise the quality of the call will reduce. Of course, the free license version although great still has a lot of limitations compared to the premium version like you can only have 100 people in the meeting and only for 40mins. Security

Break the Microsoft & Google Stronghold

Commentaires : Our users like their phones again, and they are actually using them. We also have accurate call logs for the first time in many years.

Avantages :

Zoom Phone just works. It's more clear than 4G cell service. The interface is intuitive and easy to use. The feature set is second to none.

Inconvénients :

Zoom needs to be doing more to promote their phone product, more than anything technical. The management is a bit disjointed from their Zoom Video product. It would be a huge improvement if they could somehow merge the management of the two on the back end.

UCaaS solution that can outdo larger players in the market

Commentaires : I really like Zoom Phone + Zoom Meeting so far. Part of our org still uses a different provider due to contract ties but i am evaluating moving whole org to Zoom in the next fiscal year.

Avantages :

I've used almost all leading UCaaS vendors, and what i like about zoom is its ability to monitor a line without needing for an active live call.

Inconvénients :

It's fairly new to the market and i have not experienced any issues. I will go back to review if i experience any.
