Excellent InfusionSoft-integrated solution
Commentaires : This solution helped us get some of the dashboard features found in more expensive CRM programs like Salesforce that we desired. Additionally, Graphly provides insights into our CRM and opportunities that InfusionSoft doesn't necessarily have inherently built-in, such as aging opportunities, funnels and conversion rates, etc. Graphly's customer service and support team are also excellent to work with. They are quick to respond and help with any problems experienced. Resolutions typically take less than 15 minutes.
Avantages :
Our leadership team was interested in a visual dashboard program that integrated with InfusionSoft and Graphly definitely delivered! We've been using it for close to two years now and each of our sales personnel and leadership each have a user account and a dashboard personalized for them. They love being able to see at-a-glance where they are both monthly and yearly for sales, and our product team enjoys being able to see where they are at revenue-wise.
Inconvénients :
Graphly is pretty well-rounded, and often the only limitations for Graphly have to do with limitations with InfusionSoft itself and it's API schema. To that effect, we found for instance, that InfusionSoft technically doesn't have an API field code for the closed date on an opportunity (which is very weird to me). This specifically affects Graphly because if someone goes in and modifies/saves a Closed Won opportunity a couple months later for some reason, the opportunity starts showing up in Graphly in the month in which it was most recently saved. This means we find that the numbers in Graphly don't quite add up to what they are showing in InfusionSoft for some reason. It's less than +-1% so we just remember to keep that in mind when viewing the charts and make sure to train our people not to be modifying closed opportunities.

Best reporting tool for Infusionsoft
Avantages :
We bought Infusionsoft with hopes of taking our marketing and sales to the next level. Our sales and marketing teams were certainly performing much better, but couldn't get insight into what was really happening. Infusionsoft's limited reporting took a lot of time to configure or simply didn't allow us to build what we wanted to see. We could Graphly in 2016 and it made all the difference. We could easily create visual dashboards and show how our marketing campaigns we performing, which leads or sales reps generated the most revenue, and get actual churn data for our software service. Setting Graphly up was easy. Each report template gives you a detailed video on how to setup the report and how to customize it for your business. They also have a handy UTM builder and tool to keep your Infusionsoft lead sources cleaned up.
Inconvénients :
I'd like to see some attribution or ROI reports for my Facebook and Google ads, but I'm told that is happening sometime in 2020 or 2021.
Has potential
Commentaires : Good at the beginning but started finding a lot of limitations to the software as new reports were requested of me. Had to go back to Infusionsoft and create charts on Excel.
Avantages :
Nice interface and fast load time. Being able to add photos and formatted text to the dashboard also helps a lot.
Inconvénients :
Does not work for custom statistics. I found lots of limitations not long after purchasing the software. Most of the template widgets are useless. Support takes really long to answer

With Graphly, I can get a birds eye view of how our marketing, sales and operations team is performing in an instant.
Inconvénients :
I wish we had more integrations - LinkedIn comes to mind. Occasionally a little buggy. This is primarily due to an API update which is fixed promptly.

Great software for business analysis

Avantages :
We use Graphly to track everything that goes on with our sales team. It integrates very well with infusionsoft/keap and they always have the graphs we need. Each graph has easy to use directions and instructional videos.
Inconvénients :
We actually did not find any cons to using this software.
