Easy Way to promote local businesses
Commentaires : Customer service has been very good, especially from Seth and Brody, figuring out ways to assist me whenever I ask. They have also been very responsive on making additional metrics in reporting when I asked for it too.
Avantages :
Easy to use and easy to promote your local businesses This was a great service during COVID to still be able to promote businesses and give virtual tours of spaces. We were able to share with hotels so that they could continue to promote space as well.
Inconvénients :
the inability to change category business is listed as and that closed businesses are remaining on site in the Discover portion

Commentaires : Deeper experience for meeting planners evaluating Austin, increased engagement & conversion rates for local businesses that have 360 tours feat. on their website listing, interactive / thematic maps for both leisure travelers and meeting planners
Avantages :
Platform autonomy, analytics are real-time, ease of integration into existing CRM / website
Inconvénients :
Less visibility into capture process (but new product releases have addressed that - ie. Project tab)
Perfect for Public Spaces + Venues
Commentaires : Threshold has been particularly helpful to us through the COVID-19 pandemic. It allowed users to visualize the space when they weren't able to comfortable with physically travelling to us.
Avantages :
The ability to give event organizers a walk-through of our physical space to simulate their guest experience and plan the perfect event flow and setup for their needs. The primary benefit we've realized is the ability for people - startup companies, community members, event organizers - virtually walk through our space and get a feel for what Embarc Collective is. It's helped us differentiate our space and brand.
Inconvénients :
