Commentaires : Our portfolio has consistently overperformed since moving to Entrata. We have more time to focus on our communities and their needs now that AR, AP, and leasing are so easy. Having all of our products in one place is fantastic.
Avantages :
Entrata is built from the ground up. There are no integrations to worry about with other software for the core functions of Entrata. It is easy to use, intuitive and makes doing our jobs on a day to day basis much easier. On the admin user side, the settings are simple to navigate and with every change made in real time, Entrata makes it easy to change a company wide setting to make an instant change in function or procedure.
Inconvénients :
Some of the feature requests take a very long time to be handled or recognized. I wish there were more sessions held on the updates made to the system on releases than just a weekly email on the updates. Having an Affordable piece that was not only ready but good would also be immensely helpful.

More improved reporting functions with greater filter ability / the ability to save reports with certain parameters
Not ready for BTR construction

It is easy to use and easy to figure out.
Inconvénients :
* I want to see phone numbers on the search...don't make me open the file just to get the phone number. * I want to see the address for each home and it should show on work orders.<BTR>* Email integration does not make sense to me. I get the original email and then a copy in my inbox but I've got to reply inside Entrada. Since Entrada is web based and so is my email...link?
Entrata not Entrada
Commentaires : Entrata was very love and hate at first, especially the transition from Yardi to Entrata. But once we were trained on the software. The system itself is pretty seamless, all in one place. Very user friendly, great features throughout the entire software.
Avantages :
I really like a lot of the reporting, and the texting feature that Entrata has. I also like how you can mass email tenants through Entrata. I also love the fact that I can see everything my residents do in there activity log cause you know resident lie a hand full of the time and we can catch them in it! lol.
Inconvénients :
I wish Entrata has an option to only email certain buildings, or maybe my access only allows me to send to everyone but that would be great to separate the emails that way. I wish they have the option to block certain people for apply multiple times, like once they applied and got denied or cancelled it gets blocked right away and cannot re-apply for certain time frame. Sometimes the system glitches and when you respond to leads they are still being flagged as if a response wasn't given..
My review
Commentaires : Entrata is fine for what it is, I think a lot of ease of access or usage should be refined to make it easier for those who do not have a more technical understanding of its processes.
Avantages :
I started this business already using entrata, and never had an issue using it, the options and features make sense to me as they are, and I adapt well when new features are added.
Inconvénients :
If I organize a list in entrata to contact a resident in a certain order, I would like that list to stay that way when after I click on an account and exit it. I have also been pending a customer support ticket regarding roommate shuffling, and the feature being down for 5 weeks, and not really seeing much progress besides an "in progress" email I get every so often which has been holding up getting ready for move out/move in....so
