L'objectif de l'application est d'aider les mécaniciens et les chefs d'entreprise à créer et envoyer des factures électroniques à leurs clients. Elle propose une solution élégante pour remplacer une tâche plutôt fastidieuse. Une fois configurée, l'application ARI peut vous aider à réduire le temps et les coûts que vous consacrez normalement au processus sans intérêt de création de factures et de devis de réparations automobiles.
Qui utilise ARI ?
L'objectif de l'application est d'aider les mécaniciens et les réparateurs automobiles à gérer leur entreprise en toute simplicité. L'application propose le suivi des stocks, la facturation, les rappels de visites d'entretien, un décodeur de numéro VIN, un lecteur de plaques d'immatriculation, etc.

The product is absolutely easy to use particularly even for first timers because they can use it with ease.It helps in achieving a very organized workflow.Very detailed reports on our repair reports and we are able to do repairs on time.
Inconvénients :
There is absolutely nothing to dislike about it except for the few application errors that we find in it.

easy to use and setup, the monthly fee is fair, only a small issue for multi invoices payment,

invoicing & customer searching, download invoice, email, print.

Commentaires : Not happy, we’ve been complaining about slow software and highly glitchy that has been causing us major errors. We already submitted about 15 complaints. And the last one was multiple invoices are being created under the same number which will cause us so much trouble with our accounting. We hope those issues get taken in consideration or unfortunately we’ll have to look for different software.
Avantages :
Very difficult to operate. Only pros that it doesn’t automatically delete information entered
Inconvénients :
Unlimited Glitches, software is slow. Freezes most of the time.

Hello Mida Thanks for your feedback. We are constantly working on improving the software. We believe the last update (V10) came with some great speed improvements. As for the Invoice numbers, we believe this may be related to multiple users inputing info at the same time. We continue to monitor for such issues!

I loved that it is easy to use! Especially in the automotive industry that I am in. Also that I can use it on my phone and computer.
Inconvénients :
Sometimes it lags a bit. But it solves itself.

Great software with an inexpensive cost
Avantages :
The initial costs are low and the access you get to third party integration is worth it.
Inconvénients :
It is clunky and does not seamlessly flow. Its compartmentalized and requires numerous mouse clicks. Not fully customizable and the invoices (for me or my clients) are not detailed enough.
