Supermove Moving Software Review
Commentaires : Overall we've seen increase in efficiencies and productive of our inside and outside teams. Simplification of processes like dispatch, scheduling, & billing have really made us able to focus our customers and not our systems.
Avantages :
Features we like most about the product and services is their responsiveness as a team. When they say they will do something or make changes needed, they are super responsive and often times these changes happen within minutes, not days or week. On bigger projects they seem to under promise and over deliver on their releases and updates. They are amazing at communicating with our team and progress of everything they are involved in. They feel like a part of our team.
Inconvénients :
We currently use the United App for moving estimates and pricing, and have not switched to Supermove estimating software yet, because we prefer United Van Lines proprietary software at this time. We will be switching after peak season as they have asked us what changes need to happen for us to switch and expect those changes to be completed very soon.

Commentaires : It was/is a project to switch over from one CRM to another and to be honest most of us operators hate the idea of doing so but the Supermove staff really made it as easy as possible. I initially went with the best deal (financially speaking) when I was looking at a CRM and within the same year of signing up with another CRM (cheap isn't good and good isn't' cheap), I found myself shopping and doing demos looking for a new company before the calendar year ended. It was a chore but I'm glad I finally settled here.
Avantages :
It's effective and simple to use. Most importantly it's saved a lot of time, especially for my drivers.
Inconvénients :
Hard to say as I'm still relatively new to using the CRM. I'll have to come back to this in the future.
This software is not ready to be released into market for everyday use for at least Moving companies

Avantages :
Strictly based on accounting - this software is ineffective
Inconvénients :
Their reports and payroll. Each module in fact does not seem to be working effectively. Features don't seem to cohesively connect. Too much trial and error and the fees we paid this company does not justify the delivery of this product.

Moving Forward with Supermove
Avantages :
It might be due to my role as an IT, but I find the automation features the most helpful inside of Supermove. Workflows has had a huge impact on our streamlining manual tasks for our sales team.
Inconvénients :
Responsiveness of the customer service team has been an issue up until now. When it comes to implementing a fix, or responding to questions it hasn't always been the most smooth.

Avantages :
Global visibility and the ability to align all aspects of my company 1- Clear ease icon and navigation 2- Reduction in paperwork 3- Tablet usage and GPS and Time tracking
Inconvénients :
1- Notifications need a lot of work 2- Not Apple compatable and no APP on the App Store 3- Lack of customization 4- Need better operations and dispatch visibility- You can only view Monthly and Daily--- need a weekly view
