iCRM is a great CRM software to use, it automates our Sales and Marketing seamlessly.
Commentaires : Increased productivity of employees which results in better customer satisfaction and more revenue.
Avantages :
First of all, it is very much capable of doing any level of customization as per the business process. It handles the large size data and highly user-friendly and enterprise ready. Most importantly it is very cost effective.
Inconvénients :
Mobile App is not available for IOS, Leads scoring feature is not available in Leads module which was an important feature for our business.

Need more details and Data inputs to get better and effective output - eg customer details of each and every unit sold,

Nothing is extraordinary--CRM
Avantages :
Nothing as such. Even your software lacks in many basic features.
Inconvénients :
This software lacks in user- friendliness. It is not automated. Automatic assignment of leads to an user is missing so it is time consuming. It is manual completely. filters are also not working properly. Importing an excel is not an easy. It is complicated. Recent leads are sometimes not on the top. When an excel sheet is exported, it is not in proper format. Should be in PDF format also.
