> **Avantages**: The customer support is very good. You get 2 hours of personalized support by video call. The person was kind, patient and she knew her product and software. The hardware is simple to install and the software can seem intimidating, but thanks to the support, it's easy to setup automatic reports.

> **Inconvénients**: The interface is a bit overwhelming but the employee told me they are working on a new interface to make it more user friendly.

> The order came in quickly and we were taken in charge as soon as we logged in the website. They took the time to ask me questions in order to really understand my needs.

> **Avantages**: This product is truly impressive. I purchased the Pearl model for our library so we could track patron visits by day and hour. This data is incredibly valuable for understanding our busiest times and how we serve our community, and we also use it in our Annual Report to New York State to document library usage. The Pearl Store Traffic Counter has been a wonderful resource for us.

We previously had a SenSource unit that stopped working, and the cost to replace it was far beyond our budget. This option was significantly more affordable and, in my opinion, well worth the investment. I also love that the data syncs directly to my phone at no additional cost—unlike the SenSource alternative.

When we initially had trouble installing the unit,  \[sensitive content hidden\] from Tech Support was incredibly responsive and even hopped on a video call to troubleshoot with me. We determined that the first unit was faulty, and they sent a replacement at no additional cost, even though I had purchased it through Amazon. After another quick video call,  \[sensitive content hidden\] was able to get everything up and running smoothly.

It’s worked great ever since, and I’m very pleased with this product\!

> **Inconvénients**: The only snag I ran into was that our WiFi wasn’t initially compatible, which led to some tricky rerouting. Since we’re a library, we primarily operate on public connections, and our private network was 5 GHz rather than the required 2.4 GHz. I was able to work around this using a WiFi extender, but it did take a bit of extra effort and technical know-how to set up.

> **Avantages**: Une fois opérationnels, les compteurs d'entrée nous permettent d'obtenir facilement les informations dont nous avons besoin. Nous les utilisons uniquement pour recueillir les données des usagers de notre bibliothèque afin d'obtenir des rapports et des statistiques sur l'état. Les chiffres sont cohérents et probablement fidèles à l'activité du jour.

> **Inconvénients**: Les compteurs d'entrée fonctionnent bien, mais lors de leur installation, il était difficile de les connecter à notre Wi-Fi. Nous utilisons deux systèmes Wi-Fi différents (un pour nos clients et un pour le personnel). Les compteurs d'entrée ne reconnaissaient pas toujours le Wi-Fi que nous souhaitions utiliser. De plus, nous devons changer les piles en moyenne tous les deux mois. Il serait appréciable qu'ils soient alimentés par l'énergie solaire ou qu'ils se rechargent tout seuls.
