Commentaires: Overall a great experience - they are very helpful in guiding you through the onboarding process and taught me a lot about things we have not have optimized. I also didn't know many insurance nuances that kept getting our claims denied but they are able to capture these and make sure our claims are clean when they go out. The extra front office training is really helpful.
Avantages: I really appreciate that we no longer have to spend time dealing with insurance companies and can direct our attention back to our patients. We consistently get our dental insurance claims paid, accurately reconciled and accounted for, which is exactly what we were looking for. Automated insurance billing and claims management is exactly what the dental industry needs.
Inconvénients: I'm personally very analytics-driven so want to see more robust dashboard features, like even more extensive reports.
