I love how I get notified when an email is read, and a very no-nonsense layout and functionality. Perfect for the price point and what I use the email in my freelance business. Have this as an add-on to my WordPress page, and it's so easy to implement
Inconvénients :
Sometimes the barebones layout in the email app can be to basic, wish it was more easy on the eyes. Does not really filter out my spam messages.

I love everything about Titan! I love that their team is so easy to talk to. I have not needed customer service often, but when I have needed them, they responded almost instantly with a solution.

No Flexibility in Choosing the Inbox Setup
Commentaires : Titan has created more problems for me because it is so inefficient in its design.

OMG - there have been so many requests to change the thread option and Titan has not addressed the issue. Users have been complaining about the "thread only" inbox set up. Emails get jumbled. The most recent email is not on top. I waste so much time finding the most recent email if I need to respond. It is maddening and frustrating.
A quite comfortable inbox that helps to receive and messages instantly.
Commentaires : Our general experience has been positive mainly because this platform has helped us to use work emails in this company, the configuration of this platform synchronization with the website was quite immediate, it took us approximately 20 minutes to do it and to configure the correct DNS. Titan is currently one of the best ways to get work emails, the entire company has work emails from this software, in order to receive emails directly to this inbox without any problem, all employees working in this company use this inbox, receiving and sending emails is fascinating. The main thing that I like about it is that the work emails obtained from this company have a read receipt functionality, this way every time I send an email to a recipient, I will be notified immediately when that person opens that email, this is a very important function because I can know exactly if the person has received the sent email. Another thing I like about this email company is that it offers us an excellent application for mobile devices, I have my inbox open on my cell phone, and I receive immediate notifications when I have received new email in my inbox, the inbox is constantly updated to display all received messages. Finally, I also love the signature functionality that I can incorporate into all of my email, in the settings section, I can assign a signature for my inbox so I can use that signature every time I send an email.
Inconvénients :
I haven't complaints about this email and business services as all shelves use it as their primary inbox for their work email, we have connected this to our domain from our webiste, and all of our employees can receive emails at the inbox withouy any problem. Now, we haven't any complications, at all times we have been able to send and receive emails without problem, as well as being able to use the read confirmation function correctly, this platform is incredibly good.
