This is the tool that I've been waiting on for years!

Commentaires : I can give my staff their own company cards to make petty purchases like software or staff drinks. It's possible to set various types of limit on their card (I've not used this feature though) as I only put a small amount on each card at a time. The main benefit of this is that where I used to get weekly printed out expense forms with receipts stapled to them that I'd have to go through, photograph and reconcile in Xero, now my employees simply have to remember to take photos of their receipts and I can upload directly into Xero. Boom.

Avantages :

No more staff expense form nightmare to deal with at the end of each month! When we started using Xero a number of years ago the fact that I didn't have to store loads of receipts and spend my Sunday evening adding them to a spreadsheet was a godsend. It's frustrated me ever since that I couldn't let my staff use the app to take photos of their receipts and automatically enter them into Xero. Now I can! It literally saves me 4 -5 hours of horribly tedious work inputting receipts every week.

Inconvénients :

The mobile app should have more features for admin control - it's frustrating that I have to use the online dashboard to add funds to an employees card.

Commentaires : Lo usiamo da anni ed abbiamo assistito a tutta la sua evoluzione sin dalle prime fasi e si nota un attenzione del team di sviluppo del software alle esigenze vere di un azienda

Avantages :

E' possibile impostare dei limiti di spesa e di categoria di spesa oltre a pre impostare un badget complessivo di spesa ottimo per gestire le spese aziendali

Inconvénients :

I pedaggi autostradali si addebitano comunque anche se non ci sono fondi sulla carta , questo limite è superabile bloccando all'occorrenza la categoria di spesa

Soldo became much more expensive and some reports within the Pro plan are inacceptable

Avantages :

It's easy to order new cards. Apple Pay support is nice. It's easier to manage cards compared to legacy banks.

Inconvénients :

The reporting within the Pro plan is absolutely inacceptable. The report that our accountant uses produces a PDF where you cannot read the invoices that we attached to the transactions in good quality. Soldo told me that we have to upgrade all(!) users to the Premium plan. But we do not need the features of this plan. We just need a simple report where you can actually read the invoices. Furthermore, Soldo changed their pricing structure. Previously we paid per card, but now we need to pay per user. This means that we pay for users, who do not need a card (accountants for example). This was a frustrating change for us.

Soluzione innovativa facile da usare

Commentaires : Esperienza magnifica, abbiamo risolto in maniera eccellente le difficoltà di una start up per dotare il personale commerciale di uno strumento imprescindibile per agevolare il loro lavoro ed organizzare le trasferte senza l'ansia della carta di credito e la raccolta della documentazione di spesa.

Avantages :

Ottimo prodotto, molto intuitivo all'uso anche per chi non ha molto dimestichezza e un buon rapporto con l'informatica. APP perfetta per l'uso quotidiano.

Inconvénients :

Non ho riscontrato inconvenienti di sorta, anzi ho apprezzato il continuo sviluppo software messo a disposizione degli utenti.

Il portafoglio pieno senza liquidità

Commentaires : Integrato con il software delle note spese avere i movimenti contabili già registrati in nota spese.

Avantages :

la facilità di utilizzo, e l'intuizione che viene stimolata

Inconvénients :

Manca negli estratti conto il saldo per data autorizzazione.
