Our consultant, \[sensitive content hidden\], has been absolutely invaluable to our company as we integrated multiple segments of the Predictive Index platform into our company. I really like how user friendly the program is, how easy it is to read the assessments, the new dashboard is very easy to navigate as well. Ultimately, when put into daily use within the organization, the Predictive Index facilitates better communication within the team, candidate selections, and job success. > > **Inconvénients**: There's very little I dislike about Predictive Index; however, I did find the Perform module challenging to get off the ground. I understand the value the Perform module can bring to a workforce, but we struggled to utilize it effectively. Also, while this may seem insignificant, when PI switched from a 10 point scale to a 5 star ranking for position fit, I feel it diluted the effectiveness of the candidates fit for the role. Cela incitera simplement les gens à passer l'une des deux évaluations. Le lien que vous voulez est très enterré et totalement non intuitif à trouver. TERRIBLE UI.
