The software is easy to learn and use in the beginning. You can use APIs to make it work with your other systems.

The features don't always work as advertised, documentation is not thorough, help desk is not equipped to help developers.
Very advanced Contact Center Solution
Avantages :
Very intuitive, very advance features, the multichannel predictive dialer, the diagram studio to program all routings, the agent scripting, the Auto quality assurance with AI is amazing and many more features that kames the operation effective and efficient.
Inconvénients :
Maybe Wolkvox CRM need a little bit more work on to migrate customers from other CRM but I undertsand they are working on it.

contains everything we need to operate transactions with the users of our clients, the user experience is practical and allows integration with other tools
