The platform is great for B2B providing a B2C-like experience. Very easy to use and manage. Offers great reporting features.

It is a very straightforward platform with no complicated UX. Inventory tracking and management are the best within SF B2B Commerce. Customer support is truly exceptional, they go into detail and solve issues in no time. Great for designing an online store and providing personalisation to visitors. Truly exceptional at product catalogue and checkout process. Offers customizable reporting and analytics that helps businesses to understand the present and future for ROI and conversions.
Inconvénients :
The integration with another third-party application is complicated. Not the best shipping options available are present at the start unless you integrate with other applications. The high cost of implementation and monthly pricing is high, is a huge drawback.

The only dislike from my side is the price of implementation and the overall cost of the platform, not recommended for small-sized businesses or startups.

Commentaires : It was initially very easy to set up and with all the online tutorials available it was easy and enjoyable setting up this software for our business.
Avantages :
Everything is controlled in this platform for our business. We do not need to use any other cloud software as every feature we need for our business can be found within Saleforce. Most employees are familiar with Saleforce already so it makes it very easy when new employees come and work for us.
Inconvénients :
I can honestly say I do not have any cons regarding this software.
