Excellent tool when there are no resources to allocate on SEO

Set up and forget, great reporting and highly customised landing pages.

Inconvénients :

The pricing could be better, there are more competitors currently in the market.

Commentaires : It is a great product. Delivers fantastic results but more attention needs to be placed on future product as there are lots of opportunities. Think the product is too expensive with very little wiggle room in terms of the commercial model.

Avantages :

- Mass reach of audience - Turn around time of new pages - Reporting and dashboarding is good - First click attribution insights - Setup with Google Analytics was seamless

Inconvénients :

- no competitor insights - the product is too expensive and brands will eventually look to build something similar inhouse - no page level optimisations of pages. Can only be done at a category level -

Avantages :

LUX understand the industry so initial meetings were useful and their innovative solution worked well with our rigid business. This product makes so much sense when looking to improve CRO, because we leverage a whole breadth of experience, which brings real speed to market.

Inconvénients :

A few technical problems, not directly caused by LUX, but the multiple systems we all rely on speaking to each other. All problems flagged early and fixed quickly.

Working with Longtail UX has been a positive collaborative process. We're realising benefits in our SEO rankings as well as traffic and our teams work together efficiently. On boarding a large enterprise business was made easier by a named delivery lead which managed our teams to an effective launch. The ongoing account management means any issues are flagged quickly and resolved with direct input.

Inconvénients :

Opportunities for our business lie in the reporting space to reflect customisation that aligns with our goals. The request process to enable this reporting is met with an outcome driven approach.

We have been working with Longtail UX for over a year and have seen a direct correlation between our SEO and traffic performance and their input. We appreciate the client steering, which minimises our work effort while maximising team alignment. The ongoing account management ensures we deliver the best information to our customers efficiently.

Inconvénients :

We have had a few technical problems that were not caused by LUX, but by some of the numerous systems, we rely on to run our business. All issues were flagged early and fixed quickly.
