I am with hello tax for over 2 years now, if you are looking for a company to complex look after you tax liabilities across EU, they are definitely recommended. I you use additionally amazon platform, they have 100% integrated platform for automated data downloads, really useful. 5/5

sometimes breaks down for few hours, but not more often then once per month

Great software for VAT compliance

Avantages :
- easy to use - automates VAT calculations - lets me know when I need a new VAT number
Inconvénients :
- nothing, customer support was very helpful with every issue.

Switching to hellotax was the right desicion

Very good.
UI is easy enough to use, support is answering questions quickly.
Avantages :
Quick and easy communication with real people, no chatbots. The entire workflow is much easier than with our previous tax partner.
Inconvénients :
Some of the error messages on hellotax are crytic and we had no idea what was wrong with uploaded data. Had to contact support.

RUN AWAY and find another VAT service!
Commentaires : Frustrating! Every day I get a different reason from a different staff person with an excuse for not filing my VAT.
Avantages :
I so regret that I signed up with Hello Tax. It's been more than a month and they have yet to do anything. I get contradictory emails from their staff- one tells me they're all set with access to the VAT Gateway and then another email comes telling me they have no access. i no longer believe anything they tell me. Clearly they do not communicate with each other.
Inconvénients :
They are completely incompetent and their staff doesn't have a clue. Their email is a general "support" email so you never know if your message will reach the person who you are working with.
I have been working with hellotax
Avantages :
I have been working with hellotax for over 2 years. Whenever I have any issues, I always receive very quick responses and my problems are resolved in a short time. If you are looking for full integration with Amazon and compliance with European tax obligations, I definitely recommend them. I am very satisfied.
Inconvénients :
Honestly, there are no negative aspects. I have been working with them for over 2 years. Whether it’s their systems or their employees, I have not experienced any problems.
