Commentaires : The product seemed well to be used by small-scale business. If the processing issue could be dealt with, it would have been more better.
Avantages :
I liked how the software has customised fields and filters. It has a great search tool and I loved the contract expiry notification.
Inconvénients :
Document processing speed could have been better. It took ages to load a document in spite of the device or internet use.

Commentaires : We are using Knowliah as our contract and corporate database. We do not only use it as our filing repository but also to find actively for corporate management and contract (and other legal matter) management.
Avantages :
The powerful search engine and the automatic filing function. The reporting features which allow to extract csv files that can be filtered in excel.
Inconvénients :
The corporate management section could improve the org chart function.

It takes some time to be acquitted with some tools

It works too slowly. A lot of time is needed to load all the files.

Avantages :
I like all the different customizable features and fields Knowliah offers. It's very flexible and intuitive.
Inconvénients :
The integration of Knowliah with Outlook took a bit of adjustment but is now functional.
