Commentaires : for us, the solution works very fine and we have it in use for many years. the support is quick and friendly.
Avantages :
We get a measuring our social activities with Storyclash and have a consistent collection of metrics of our campaigns. Additionally, we see any user mentions in social media and can react to it quickly. This helped our brand Usersnap - visual customer feedback - a lot, as our users have a positive interaction. We could also handle some problems users posted immediately. We are monitoring brand ambassadors and competitors via Storyclash.
Inconvénients :
sometimes it's not easy to come up with new posting ideas and currently storyclash has no feature for this. but as far as I'm informed the great team of storyclash is already working on an innovation in this area.

Commentaires : I can use Storyclash to reduce manual influencer searches and still have content saved outside of working hours without having to do anything myself.
Avantages :
Viewing & saving content (especially stories), the brand check (competitor analysis), lookalikes are helpful
Inconvénients :
Sometimes accounts are not found directly and additional categories could be included in the filtering so that an even more precise influencer selection can take place.

It saves the team a lot of time to do research about influencers and to see the trend in the industry.
It is an amazing tool to decode influencer marketing in Instagram.
Avantages :
As it saves all the stories posted by each influencer of up to 1 year ago, we can monitor the quality of the content they post and we can also see the past collaboration history. Story is gone after 24 hours usually, so this tool is making things really possible what is impossible.
Inconvénients :
It is very much focused about instagram, but not so much on Youtube and Tiktok. It would be wonderful if they also have extensive data there as well. Moreover, they now changed their pricing for country base structure, and it got expensive and it's a bit cumbersome, as some influencers are international and they nationality is decided a bit randomly (for example, a German influencer living in Spain is categorized as Spanish and you have to pay for Spanish version to see her info)

Inconvénients :
At times data has to be crawled or recrawled in order to analyze certain competitors or niche segments. The outstanding support handles these requests instantly.
