Effective and Secure board management
Commentaires : Great from day one. The trial went well, and the support I received both by email and by phone call were organised and effective.
Avantages :
I had it set up in minutes and ran the first board meeting successfully 3 days later.
Inconvénients :
Only the document and meeting management tool works in windows (browser based). The executive tool is only currently available on iPad, iPhone and Mac. Apparently they are releasing a windows version soon.
Dossiere Review
Commentaires : Dossiere is an application that many of our users like to use especially when travelling (especially via aeroplane) where they can easily take out the iPad, authenticate to our domain and read the content. The product allows us to securely distribute content meant for specific individuals. It's very easy to learn and only takes a few minutes to demonstrate the core features. The layout of the content is good and recent updates make uploading content much easier to manage.
Avantages :
The ability to distribute content securely within a mobile platform is very valuable to our organisation. Uploading of content and syncing of content to iPads is very fast. The options to navigate to content within the iPad application make it a joy to use. The ability to navigate directly to notes and annotations within documents is a really good feature as is the ability to share annotations and edits with others. Document navigation is easy and intuitive.
Inconvénients :
Ability to manage content (sort, move, filter, archive, etc) in the Concierge application could be improved. Sorting functionality doesn't always save properly and must sometimes be re-done.

Commentaires : My overall experience with Dossiere has been great. It transformed how we manage and collaborate on sensitive documents. Inconvénients :
While you can get up and running quickly, Dossiere offers a comprehensive set of features are well worth taking the time to learn. Well worth the effort.

Save hunting for past documents that may be needed for reference
Avantages :
Everything is maintained centrally in one location Each Board member can review, make annotations - it has taken static word documents that Board members would only review and we had not comments other than those from the secretary Much greater input that is tracked We also had difficulty with different IT skills of Board members being able to access documents via tools like dropbox

This is the first board software I have used so to date no cons at this stage
