Most user friendly with all features needed.
Avantages :
Customer service and attention to detail when we had technical problems and needed assistance
Inconvénients :
Couple crashes (pretty normal) but nothing substantial in relation to the app’s performance and services provided
ONR is a great addition to imporove communication between the Associations we manage and owners
Commentaires : I love the look of the software and the ease of use for myself as an administrator and for our Condominium Association Members. The set up process, although took some time to organize has gone smoothly thanks to the ONR set up team and software developers.
Avantages :
The team that help set up the software is extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional
Inconvénients :
The software does take regular maintenance and getting owners on board initially did present a challenge since they were not familiar with the software. There are still some manual processes initially but once all of our owners join and accept electronic notices most of the manual processes will be phased out.

Hi Australia, yes, we know the onboarding process is always a little vigorous as it takes some time for the owners to opt-in. But as they say, "good things come to those who wait." It is good to hear that our Customer Success team has been able to assist you. We are certainly looking forward to servicing your associations for the years to come.
Not Happy With This Software--Would NOT Recommend
Commentaires : It has been a nightmare. The support staff does not seem to listen when we explain the problem, which we have done many times, and they can't fix the problem.
Avantages :
I like that we can post HOA documents on the website.
Inconvénients :
We paid extra for this software because of the ability to reserve and pay for pool reservations in our HOA. The software has been flawed from the start, as the confirmation for any reservation made on on the HOA software is off by 24 hours. We have tried to work with these people but they do not listen and have been unwilling or unable to fix the problem. We also asked them to remove irrelevant language from the site, which they did at one time but it's showing up again. The whole experience is an exercise in frustration, and has made the HOA board look bad in front of our residents.

Commentaires : Overall, between the user friendliness and the overwhelming high level of customer service we received, I would use ONR at all of my properties. They make it easy and convenient.

There is not much I do not like about the ONR app.

Commentaires : I love ONR! It is a beautiful system that has already made many improvements in the short time I have been using the system. It is a great resource and a powerful presence in our community. I hope ONR continues to expand so it can be my one-stop solution one day.
Avantages :
ONR has helped to foster a greater sense of community within our association. Resident confidence in management has improved due to increased communication and access to information through the app.
Inconvénients :
I wish ONR could integrate with the software we currently use (Buildium).
