The ease of use. I can talk a customer through uploading and applying with ease.
Inconvénients :
Search capabilities can sometimes be lacking, but my understanding is they have rolled out a fix for this.

Commentaires : Great product that has eliminated hours of administrative work that used to be done by staff. Workflow streamlines the application and plan review process.

Strong application and plan review functions. Better than we saw on any other products we reviewed.
Inconvénients :
Set up is timely but the overall result is total customization. Inspection modules need some development.

Once in a while, the site gets backed up, slows down, and we can't use certain features.
