Avantages :
The Software is easy to use . I like that the system supports the full costumer journey ( Lead > Tour > Opportunity > singed agreement . I also appreciate our Account manager ( [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] ) support and service .
Inconvénients :
the APP doesnt work good for us in most of the locations . Sorting issues take a lot of time with the development team . I miss an online signage option . The "shelf" reports are not easy to use , for example i cannot sum amounts when i convert them to excel as the cells are defined in a special way . [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] mentioned this will be sorted but again too long to wait ... The system does not support Events registration , we need to use additional sofware and pay more money to have that ( community event ect ) . We are also using an extra system for mailing . I believe the need of the Coworking providers are quite clear and you can have all the solutions under the same roof .

Avantages :
Operate surpasses the competition that we reviewed in their extensive knowledge base and guide videos. They also have a great chat feature that stores previous chats and allow for easy recall of similar questions. The workflows are intuitive and easy to follow. They system has a very robust portal that is very client centric. It also has extensive Reporting features.
Inconvénients :
The onboarding process takes far too long and requires too much critical work to be accomplished by people (customers) new to the system. It causes delays and work that has to be done and redone which ultimately leads to frustration. Also not all the features work with our systems or processes. We are not completely launched so my feedback is really pertinent only to system comparison and onboarding experience.
Comprehensive product
Avantages :
Full reporting structure, API integration, complex workflow procedures can be utilised to streamline processes
Inconvénients :
Price points for higher versions and add-on products is high. Lead system could be streamlined/improved.
